I am the digital marketing responsible for Pernod Ricard Armenia CJSC, a distribution affiliate of Pernod Ricard Group, in charge of import and promotion of Group's products on the Armenian market. Pernod Ricard is the world's co-leader of wines and spirits industry, with lots of world-known brands like Absolut, Chivas, Jameson, Martell, Mumm, etc.
For what projects/services did your company hire Publicis Armenia?
We have ongoing social media presence and promotions, and chose Publicis to cooperate with without hesitation.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were happy to learn that Publicis was a preferred agency for our Group: it was yet another proof that we had found a great partner. Why we chose them... There are quite a few agencies in our country, however, their scale and level of expertise are incomparable in favor of our partners.

It is difficult to describe all our projects in detail, as they have been ongoing and vast.

We have worked with many of Publicis's representatives: some of them are no longer with the company, many of them are there and in constant contact with us:
- Davit, their director,
- Vergine, their head of digital,
- Lilith, their digital marketing specialist.
And all of them are exceptionally friendly, cooperative, and helpful.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have always reached and exceeded our KPIs: all our campaigns have been a success.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Publicis and its team is one of our best partners: whatever question arises, we know that they will be there for us: super quickly, efficiently and with a broad smile.
It is a group of highly knowledgeable and experienced specialists who love their job and do their best to offer solutions when you need any. In the era of fast-changing environment and digital space it is always good to know that someone has your back and there is a team you can always rely on.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their expertise and creativity: always in the loop of latest developments in the digital world and always ready to help.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I cannot think of any areas of improvement for them. But I can share my latest conversation with Vergine, who, as always, answered instantly to a message I sent quite late in the evening. I asked her to forget about us and our projects and enjoy her evening.

For what projects/services did your company hire Publicis Armenia, and what were your goals?
Together with Publicis we have worked on various projects to contribute in developing better environment for every child. Some examples:
- raise awareness on social inclusion, inform about importance of equal opportunities for every child
- inspire public to take climate action and to go green
- document programme results and activities
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
For every project tender was organized and companies were evaluated based on their technical proposal/concept and financial proposal/best price.

We usually held an introductory meeting, where the project and its objectives is described in all its details. A concept note is usually submitted, with exact objectives and target audiences listed in the document. Then an initial script/structure is developed by creative agency, and once approval is received, production phase is initiated. at the final stage agency submits final deliverables listed in the concept note.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
We worked with project manager, who was following that everything is scheduled and delivered. Feedback process included, review and comment on initial script, feedback on final script and on submitted video.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
There were several projects and several campaigns developed and implemented with partners, hence its hard to share any achievement, specially with indicators.

The project manager was easy to communicate with. Communication was held with phone calls, emails and zoom calls. Before COVID we used to meet with team offline, after, off course, meetings were mostly held online. However, in both cases it was very easy to connect and collaborate.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are quick in addressing comments and submitting assets, also, they can work on the project as much as we require in order to receive asset that we both will be happy and proud for.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
For every company to be able to deliver the best possible asset, time and proper brainstorming is required. Once its done, new creative ideas can be born and best possible assets can be developed.

I’m an executive at an international bank.
What challenge were you trying to address with Publicus Armenia?
We needed help with our marketing needs.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Publicus Armenia helps us with marketing planning and strategies through PPC and social media campaigns. They also assist us with posting ads on our Facebook page and other digital campaigns — their team provides a full marketing package based on our needs and goals.
Regarding the processes, we give them hints of what we want, and they come back to us with a vision and marketing insights. We also request marketing research from them at times for particular products or markets and perform a yearly survey to share our position and awareness level.
What is the team composition?
We’re in contact with 5–7 members of their team, including an account manager and a dedicated social media specialist that works daily. They can enlarge the group depending on our campaigns.
How did you come to work with Publicus Armenia?
They were shortlisted as one of the top five marketing agencies in Armenia. We chose them based on price, their deliverables, and their creativity.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
In this COVID-19 pandemic period, we’ve managed to have two branch opening events and a loan campaign with them that were very successful.
How did Publicus Armenia perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re punctual in project deliveries and feedback. Also, we have many restrictions regarding internet-based channels due to the nature of our business. Due to this, we face some difficulties in communication with outsourced companies. Still, we've built close cooperation with them via Zoom calls without any problems. They've also implemented new tools like Asana to speed up some processes with huge data transmission.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They deliver on time and provide strong reports of the products.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their ideas are conservative according to our business needs, so they could have more initiative and break some rules by coming up with ideas that may not fit our needs.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Cooperate with them because they’re very reliable and don't have delays. Also, give a detailed brief of what you want, and you’ll succeed.

The International Republican Institute (IRI) is an American nonprofit, nonpartisan organization committed to advancing freedom and democracy worldwide by helping political parties to become more issue-based and responsive, assisting citizens to participate in government planning, and working to increase the role of marginalized groups in the political process – including women and youth.
For what projects/services did your company hire Publicis Armenia, and what were your goals?
IRI Armenia has collaborated with Publicis within the US State Department "Combatting COVID-19 Disinformation Project" to increase society-wide resiliency in the fight against the COVID-19 infodemic. IRI Armenia contracted Publicis to produce 20 Public Service Announcements (PSAs) to provide the public with reliable COVID-19 information and combat prevailing COVID-19 disinformation narratives.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We announced a tender to choose a vendor for the conduction of a public service announcement campaign. Publicis was chosen out of 5 applicants based on their offer's price-quality correlation.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
The videos were informational public service announcements providing the public with reliable information on COVID-19 and vaccination. They were produced in the format of animations or video interviews. The production of each video started with setting the topic by IRI Armenia, a discussion of the ideas between IRI Armenia and Publicis' teams.
Then Publicis provided IRI Armenia with the draft script. After all the changes proposed by IRI Armenia were made to the script, Publicis prepared a storyboard based on the script (for the animated videos). After the changes suggested by IRI Armenia were made to the storyboard, Publicis proceeded with the animation.
For the video interviews, IRI Armenia provided Publicis with the contact details of the person to be interviewed and a list of questions to be asked. Publicis interviewed the person, edited the video, and provided it to IRI Armenia.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
We worked with Project Manager Marina Prazyan and Creative director Vardan Saghyan. While designing and developing the COVID-19 public service announcements, Publicis ensured that the process is inclusive and incremental, delivering small working packages for verification.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
At the moment this review is being written, Publicis has produced 15 Public Service Announcements, which gathered around 2,5 million views, exceeding the targets set by our project.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The project manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We mainly spoke over the phone and used email or different Messengers. Any comment made by us and any suggested change was addressed properly.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
IRI Armenia team, from day one, has relied on Publicis's creative team. They lead on the feasibility of new video concepts, which show professionalism and sincerity in their craft.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We are absolutely satisfied with the Publicis' work style.

We selected this vendor based on recommendations and through review of their portfolio, especially work for food and beverage.

Our brief to Publicis Armenia was to create a concept for recreational cooking classes which combine social and culinary aspects of the activity. The firsts stage was to design our logo, website and opening ad campaigns. On the second stage, after the successful proof of concept, they produced photo and video content for our new offerings and launched series of new campaigns to boost the sales volume. Finally, they developed a brand platform for expansion to new markets.

We worked with an account manager, content director and digital marketing team.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Selfup was an overnight success. With our content-heavy online presence, our business appeared to customers as one that has been long established and reputable. We just had to live up to that promise. We are now expanding to multiple cities in the United States and have the platform to succeed in face of expansion.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We were treated with utmost professionalism and timeliness. As a startup, we needed a constant support that reached beyond scripted interaction windows and we never felt being let down in face of challenges.
