Our Story
Our story began in 1995. Just one year later, we received a registration decision from the Minister of Spatial Planning and Construction, becoming the first TBS in Poland. In 2009, PTBS took over two Poznań-based TBS companies: Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego “Nasz Dom” and Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego “Wielkopolska”. This important step expanded our portfolio with additional residential buildings and properties. Today, we own more than 4,000 apartments and over 1,000 commercial units
