For what projects/services did your company hire PsiberTech Solutions, and what were your goals?
We engaged PsiberTech Solutions to develop a completely web-based and mobile solution for the banking needs of our members. PsiberTech helped to automate our customer banking needs.
They also provided us with an Admin module through which we could control the member management system. The goals for this project were to develop
- .A complete user-friendly web-based banking solution for our customers
- A mobile-based application for both Android and IOS users
- A web-based Admin tool to control the customer website.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
PsiberTech was selected amongst the 3 vendors who were shortlisted. Our main criteria for the vendor selection were the company’s reputation in the industry,
Singapore's presence, competitive cost, and expertise in developing similar solutions. PsiberTech fitted the bill perfectly and we did not have any hesitation in selecting them as the preferred vendor to develop the system.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
PsiberTech Solutions developed a complete web-based solution for our customers by automating our banking operations. They have provided three different services
1. Member Management System (MMS) This application is a user-friendly web-based solution for the banking need of our customers. As this application is like a banking application it has a lot of built-in security features to cater to data security and confidentiality.
There is an intuitive dashboard for the users to view their current status at any given point in time. The users can transfer money within the same bank and to other banks as well. They can apply for loans online by submitting the required documents and can view the loan status. They can also view their loan payments, statements, and available balance at any time.
Members can send emails to specific departments in case of any queries or issues. Supported reports are also provided.
2. MMS – Mobile The mobile application is also a secure application that can be used with ease by all users. The mobile app also has all the features as above so that the user can perform the same operations through the mobile as well. Users can also generate a digital token for secure transactions.
3. Admin Panel - The Admin panel is used only by the SSBEC staff to control and configure the entire MMS application. SSBEC Promotions common to all customers can be posted with different images and backgrounds and can be made active for a specific period.
Common Broadcast messages can be sent to all users. Customer emails will be received and can be responded by specific departments. The admin can control the features to be enabled in the mobile and MMS for all customers.

They had a team of 12 people which comprised of:

The project manager and technical leads were very supportive and were accessible whenever required.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
PsiberTech solutions delivered an easy-to-use user interface for the Web application for all our customers. This user-friendly web platform gives our customers the comfort to check their accounts whenever required and to do online transactions. This has immensely helped us to increase our customer base over a short period of time
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Agile delivery model adopted and there were regular weekly status meets using Zoom. During every status meet, the progress of the web and mobile application were discussed, and the project manager walked us through the developed features.
Regular interactions and exchange of information happened through zoom and sometimes through chat applications for an immediate response, as the project required extensive interaction and collaboration during the implementation and deployment phases. The project management and communication with PsiberTech were very effective and really appreciated.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We had a very good experience working with PsiberTech Solutions and we were happy about the way they handled and executed the project. They have remarkable technical expertise which was exhibited when they designed the solution.
The UI designs they provided were attractive, user-friendly, and easy to understand. The team also understood the requirements correctly and developed all the applications to our satisfaction and with good quality. They were quick to accommodate and implement changes when requested. For what projects/services did your company hire PsiberTech Solutions?
We engaged PsiberTech Solutions to develop a complete web-based solution to automate our core business process for various locations. As most of our work was done manually using Excel, it was difficult to search for information and records as and when required.
Also, as the files were not in a common repository, there was no control for the administrators. PsiberTech helped to automate our core business.
What were your goals for this project?
The goals for this project was to automate the TSR process and the claims, which were stored in various excel spreadsheets and was difficult to maintain.
We also required a workflow for the approvals of tenders and claims. All the TSR calculation for the different user levels were to be automated and done online. We also wanted dashboards, reports and email notifications for a better user experience.
How did you select this vendor?
We have shortlisted 5 vendors and PsiberTech provided professional advice and a reasonable price, hence our team has selected PsiberTech as our vendor for the RSM portal
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
PsiberTech Solutions developed a complete web-based solution by automating our complete business process. They provided administration screens along with the configuration setting where we were able to set up the complete system using the web-based configuration.
The solution comprised of creating a tender, approvals, status, installation plans after the tender is won and claims. There are a lot of other inbuilt functionalities and workflows. They have also provided supporting reports and dashboards for a bird’s view of the status.
Other functions as admin, price uploads, product uploads, exchange rates and various other supporting modules have been implemented to support our business. We are continuously upgrading our product with new features.
What was the team composition?
They had team of 8 people including 1 project manager, 2 Senior Software Engineers, 2 Junior Software Engineers, 1 UI and Web designer and 2 Testers. We were able to reach the project manager whenever we wanted and get our inputs / requirements across.

As mentioned before, we worked enabling maximum utilization of resources for efficient delivery for the project. We were in touch almost every other week for some information exchange using Teams, Zoom and other chat applications.

One of our main challenges in providing secretarial services is the collection and maintenance of many secretarial forms from our clients and providing them the required information instantly. These processes were done manually, and it took a lot of time to generate the forms and update the clients on time. We were looking for some vendors who could build us a system and automate the whole process of filling the form data and generating the reports for the clients. PsiberTech proposed us a complete solution to develop a Secretarial CRM to cater to our needs.
What were your goals for this project?
Our objective was to develop a Secretarial CRM system to manage our client’s profile and provide them the required secretarial forms and reports instantly. We also wanted to automate all the manual processes to save time and elevate the service level to our customers.
How did you select this vendor?
PsiberTech is a renowned company in Singapore as they are in the business of providing IT software solutions for more than 14 years. We qualified them to be our vendor as their proposed solutions seemed to be a best fit for our requirements. We also spoke to some of their existing clients and we received good feedback from them as well.
Describe the project in detail.
They developed a customized web based Secretarial CRM system using latest technologies. The system was hosted in a cloud environment and therefore our clients were able to login seamlessly into the system to extract the information they wanted. The project started with a requirement phase in which the whole process was documented well, and they presented us with a complete working prototype of the systems. We were able to visualize the entire system through the prototype provided. They also helped in migrating all the existing data of our clients into the new system. The entire manual process was automated in the system and our clients were able to download the required forms and reports whenever they needed it. This saved a lot of time for us and our clients.
What was the team composition?
The project team comprised of 5 people with a dedicated project manager. Regular meetings were conducted to update us on the progress of the project, and they were very accommodative in including some minor requirements during the project development. The team was quite responsive in answering our questions and providing us timely updates.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We used to take hours to update the forms manually and then generate the reports to our clients. By automating the entire process, each client was provided an account in the system, and they could login anytime to generate the reports that they wanted. This saved them lot of time for them and they were happy in subscribing to the system. The system helped us to onboard all our existing customers during the Testing stage itself and we were able to onboard many new clients after the system launch.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The project management was done seamlessly through weekly meetings via skype and zoom calls. Azure Devops was used for managing the tasks and we could view the entire process of the project management through it.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They were very knowledgeable in understanding the requirements and provided us a solution that helped us in improving our service level to our clients tremendously. They were also very accommodative in accepting feedbacks and minor changes in the system which helped us to get a system exactly like how we wanted. We worked with PsiberTech Solution to develop a web-based delivery management system to automate the delivery of goods from different locations. Our customers were facing severe labour crunch to execute certain manual tasks like tour guide (someone who can direct personnel and accompany them to the location), delivering items to different locations, and surveillance operations.

Our customer’s goal was to reduce and eliminate the use of manual labour on repetitive tasks such a use of personal to work as guide in the facility, surveillance of visitors to the facility.
We wanted to automate these actions. We also had bigger vision of using state-of-the art technologies to carry out simple tasks such as delivering items multiple locations to different destinations. Our goal for PsiberTech solution was to provide a rich experience via the user interface so our customers would be able to visualize the processes and perform the required actions accordingly.
We also wanted dashboards and analytics on delivery status, results of an action and the lead time in executing the tasks
How did you select this vendor?
We have worked with PsiberTech solutions on a web-based platform few years ago and they have proven their skills in handling projects of complex nature. Hence, we decided to engage them for this project
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
PsiberTech solution designed an interface for us that helped us to work with some pre-defined set of actions in providing instructions, checking the status of instructions and monitoring the results of each instruction and finally executing the actions. While we have already developed the set of basic commands, there was a lack of user-friendly interface and which PsiberTech solutions helped us to deliver this.
The front-end was developed using Angular framework and Golang was used for the backend services. The project was developed using Agile methodology and delivered within the specified time of 4 months. The system was hosted in AWS cloud within the Container Platform using Docker and Kubernetes
What was the team composition?
They had team of 7 people including 1 project manager, 4 developers and 2 project coordinators such as analysts and a technical lead. We were able to reach the project manager and technical lead whenever we wanted, and we had to collaborate a lot during the implementation phase.

PsiberTech solution delivered a clear and concise user interface for the Web application. The system interface enabled us to have different views for the users.

PsiberTech has developed lots of web-based applications for us over the years and they know our business processes quite well. We did not have any hesitation in selecting PsiberTech to develop this system for us.

They developed a web-based portal for our Asia Pacific sourcing unit. The system had different modules like Supplier Onboarding, Supplier contracts, Price Analysis and updating the price in back-end legacy system.
A dashboard was developed for each module to view the overall status of the processes in a glance. They had to talk different stakeholders to gather the requirements and convert it into a business solution.
A complete working prototype was developed to get the consensus form all the stakeholders on the end-product. Latest technologies were used for the development so that we were able to launch the system to the users seamlessly.
What was the team composition?
They had a team of 8 members with a dedicated project manager and Technical Lead. As they were working with us for many years, they were very clear in understanding our requirements and were pro-active in providing us the appropriate solutions for all our needs. Agile methodology was used for the development which allowed us to test and launch the modules progressively.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Our corporate direction was to convert all our legacy applications by leveraging on the latest technologies. The current system was very manual, and the users had to spend lot of time to input the data manually in the backend ERP systems.
Furthermore, the system performance was too slow, and the users had lot of difficulties in generating the reports and submitting to the management on time. The workflow process was very fluid, and the system administrators were having issues in accommodating frequent changes from the users.
The new system eliminated all these issues and the process automation helped us to save lot of time and users were able to extract the reports and required data at any point of time.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
The entire project was managed professionally via regular face-to-face meetings and web meeting. Zoho projects was used as a project management tool and we were able to monitor and review the progress of the project at any time.

They are very experienced in developing Enterprise-level applications and they are technically strong on all latest technologies. They were also very accommodative in accepting small requirements during the project development as they understood the importance of the changes and how it could benefit and company and also the end product.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
PsiberTech developed the customized ERP solution to suit the various needs of our clients. We provided necessary functional requirements and based on the requirements, the PsiberTech team suggested to us the best solution that could be applied to all types of our customers.
They started off with the Prototype design followed by the actual system design and then the development of the system. The solution that they proposed met every segment of business right from maintaining accounting information, purchases, production, manufacturing flow, inventory, RFID tracking to sale to customers, etc This enabled the clients to outsource their accounting, finance and process flow functions to us and concentrated fully on developing new product lines, increasing sales and business development in the overseas market. The system was developed using an Angular framework for the front-end and .Net core and SQL Database for the backend with Microservice architecture.
What was the team composition?
They had an excellent and dedicated team to manage and execute the project. A project manager, two Technical leads, and 5 developers were assigned to our project. The entire team was quite dedicated and proactive in answering our queries and providing necessary clarifications and updates in a timely manner. We really enjoyed working with the entire team of PsiberTech as they are quite knowledgeable and willing to provide the best solutions at all levels. The size of the team did not change during the course of the project.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
During the development stage itself, we managed to convince most of our customers to use the system after its launch. We also shared the POC to our clients and based on that we took some inputs from our clients to improvise the system and to align with their business. As we captured our customer requirements in detail and delivered the solutions according to their needs, we were able to get more businesses after the successful launch of the system.

They managed to provide us a dedicated team throughout the project. They provided regular updates via Skype, Teams, DevOps, etc
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They go the extra mile to analyze the requirements and provide constructive feedback, suggestions based on their experience. They accommodated last-minute changes or additional requirements without any hesitation and still completed the project as per the accepted timeline with outstanding quality.

We are unable to pick an area of improvement. They have done an excellent job and wish them to maintain the momentum forever in executing software projects.
PsiberTech Solutions' UI designs brought about an attractive, user-friendly, and easy-to-understand MVP in the end. The project management and communication with the vendor were very effective and really appreciated. The team also understood the client's requirements.
