I am the founder of company Global Wellness, headquartered in Dubai, UAE. I have a diversified business portfolio, ranging from Last Mile Delivery products & services, to Kids Products like party supplies, STEM Kits etc.

For what projects/services did your company hire PRROWESS?

We hired Prrowess for our creative needs. We wanted a company that has expertise in this domain, is agile & can respond quickly to our needs.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted different creatives like Product Catalogue, social media content (FB Post, instagram content etc), flyers etc. on routine basis to engage our target audience in a meaningful way & convert them to buy our products & services.

How did you select this vendor?

We were searching for vendors both in Dubai & India. We had taken quotes from many people. Important thing we were looking for was a company that's bit tech driven, for e.g. posting creative requirement, doing review etc. should be easy.

Generally companies still follow the email mechanism for this, which ends up in lot of back & forth emails and a hassle, which certainly hampers productivity. So out of all options, Prrowess was one that came across as high on technology use, that too at reasonable cost.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

1. Making new creatives for our different businesses / brands.
2. The creative can be a small requirement like a FB post or something more intense like a product catalogue.
3. Understanding & proper use of brand CI, colors, fonts etc. was very important for us.

What was the team composition?

I have interacted very closely with the founder of the company (Mr. Ankur). On routine basis, there is nothing much to talk about, as all requirements are posted & managed on the platform provided by them and is supervised by the account Relationship Manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been posting their content on our social media pages. The response from potential customers has been good, as engagement levels are going up.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow is excellent. As i mentioned above, use of tech. is something we were looking for. So all our requirements are posted in Proofhub (access provided by Prrowess).

The feedback is also given there & once content is as per our liking, we can download all the files from their itself. This makes the whole thing super smooth, agile & accessible from anywhere.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The ability to quickly understand the requirements & deliver close to expectations. My personal experience with creative designing has been, that it may take a designer hell of a time to really understand the tastes & preferences of a brand.

In this case, their team understood our needs from day one and was able to deliver things super quick in lines to our expectations. Other thing is super TAT. Even if the work assigned has a 72 hr delivery timeline, it gets delivered within 24-48 Hrs!

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing comes to mind right now, as the relationship is still new.
