What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The most impressive aspect of Proweb was their understanding of visual thinking along with their technical knowledge. Considering that we are a design-oriented studio, they paid special attention to ensuring that the site was both aesthetically and functionally balanced.
Another unique feature was their flexible approach and ability to adapt quickly. As our requirements changed or new needs arose in the project, the team did not see it as a problem, but as part of the normal workflow.
Overall, the main point that distinguished them from others was their communication style and the equal emphasis on design and technical aspects.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Proweb Software Company could have done differently?
Areas for improvement
While the collaboration was generally positive, there were some areas that could have been improved:
Clearer interim reports: More frequent and structured information about where the process is at certain stages would have made the project more transparent.
More detailed technical explanations: Explanations, especially regarding CMS features and backend changes, could have been more detailed so that the team could work with the system more comfortably.
More responsive UI changes: The wait time for some visual changes could have been a bit longer.
But overall, these points do not seriously affect the quality of the project — they are just recommendations for future development.
