We sell MRO products for our industrial partners. n our warehouses more than 20,000 types of high quality products are stored, which provide stable background both for the normal procurements and in case of possible breakdown of machines of our customers. I am operation manager at the holding company.

We want to start a webshop. As we have 20.000 types of products, and our customers will be B2B and B2C, it was not easy to plan the UX/UI for the webshop. We designed it here in Hungary, with a graphic designer, and the goal was to take these design elements to Frontend Design using HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript and Mobile responsive. We did not have all the plans, so some of pages was designed by Provis.

There were two factors which helped us for selecting. First was communication. Which means, we are not from IT world, and communication can we difficult with IT specialist. When we discussed the work, we understand their questions easily, and they understand our answers, and requests. Price value ratio.

Frontend Design using HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript and Mobile responsive. We had separated the work for two steps, but we had so much modifications from the original plan, that we had to add an additional third step.

Positions and names was not always clear. We worked with Aman, and Vivek Sharma.

They keep deadlines. Also we made so much changes from the original plan, they made these changes fast. We needed more time to decide the changes than they for implementation. Although sometimes they skipped some of our points, and we had to return them again and again, but finally all of requirements were made.

They made everything we asked for, and they worked fast!

I’m the director of innovation and e-learning at the American Community School of Abu Dhabi. We’re a nonprofit K-12 school working with students from different parts of the world.
What challenge were you trying to address with Provis Technologies?
We needed their team to develop a custom software solution for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We’ve been working with Provis Technologies to create a custom software solution as our systematic response to the challenges brought about by COVID-19. In particular, we’ve thought of developing a web app called Carspotter, a platform that streamlines the school’s car management by maintaining social distancing through scheduled car pickups. We send notifications on the student’s devices to notify them of their car’s arrival in order for them to remain socially distanced from one another.
The data that Provis Technologies manages goes into an AWS-hosted database. This software solution also allows us to carpool students together when necessary. Their team has worked on the frontend- and backend solutions of our product, utilizing tools such as Vue.js and Laravel.
What is the team composition?
We mainly work with Vivek (Founder & Director). He’s responsible for allocating their company’s resources to meet our development needs.
How did you come to work with Provis Technologies?
We posted a hiring ad for a smaller project that we previously worked on — Vivek quickly responded and communicated his company’s services and abilities with us. I saw that he had a clear understanding of the development work we needed them to do, so I was happy to go forward with Provis Technologies’ services.

We’ve spent about $25,000–$50,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started the project in late July 2020 and launched the product in early September of that same year. However, we continue to work with their team to manage that software by applying revisions for its constant improvement.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our specific metrics for Provis Technologies’ work are the satisfaction surveys that we give out to determine the parents’ opinions from a qualitative perspective. In general, we’ve received high response rates on our 5-point Likert scale, with Provis Technologies’ work garnering 4–5 star ratings. Since this is a poll that covers over 12,000 families, those ratings already speak highly of the quality of their team’s work.
How did Provis Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
We mainly use Upwork and Skype to communicate with their team. Provis Technologies is remarkable in terms of communication and responsiveness — they resolve bug issues within 30 minutes and provide us with immediate access to their work for close monitoring.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Provis Technologies has a highly personalized work approach — they take our feedback and brand style very seriously. They’ve done a really great job in making us feel welcomed within their community, so it’s been easier for us to connect and collaborate with them. Provis Technologies' people skills will always be the main reason why I highly recommend their team to others.
Are there any areas they could improve?
If they were to diversify their team in the future, they could work on improving the alignment of their schedule with that of their customer. There were some instances wherein we weren’t able to reach their team members because their holidays didn’t match ours.

I’m the CEO of a company that’s producing medical supplements in Germany.
What challenge were you trying to address with Provis Technologies?
I was working with two types of development companies. When one was no longer serving my needs effectively, I started to search for another one. Provis Technologies was brought on to design and affiliate part of my website and produce product bundles for display on the platform.
What was the scope of their involvement?
At the time, I already had a WordPress website that used WooCommerce. They improved existing parts of the website to help me improve pitches and business. Their team was focusing on this full-time, handling testing, coding, and design to get our product bundles implemented.
What is the team composition?
My main point of contact was their CEO.
How did you come to work with Provis Technologies?
I was initially impressed with the CV that they sent to us. After several Skype sessions that covered various aspects of the projects, we were able to set up a plan for our collaboration. With past developers, I had a great deal of trouble explaining problems in ways they would understand. I noticed that we were able to fix these problems in a few minutes in our early Skype calls, so that made me feel confident in hiring them.

The site’s loading speed was vastly improved. They did things like resizing images and adjusting other aspects of the page to achieve this. When I needed product bundles, other developers indicate that it would take up to two weeks to implement them onto my site. They accomplished this in two hours.

We worked through Upwork to complete the project. Typically, I would set a deadline for a task that they would immediately start working on. He never had trouble meeting our deadlines. I never have problems with the quality of work either.

They’re a fast-working, honest team. Their CEO never suggests any modifications that aren’t completely needed, even though that would help him make more money. I’m very happy with my investment because I’ve never had a developer who can implement at this speed for their price points.

Over the course of our five small projects together, I don’t have any negative things to say about them. They’re both the cheapest and the best development house I’ve worked with in my lifetime.

We needed to solve a problem regarding some of the functionality between Zapier and our app which had stumped previous developers so it was a case of identify the problem them implement a solution.

We needed to get a particular action working which had been previously set up by another developer but had never functioned correctly.

They were flagged by Upwork as an up and coming developer but also I was impressed by the way they reached out, responded to every question promptly and then pro actively followed up.

They trouble shooted the problem and them explored numerous different solutions to fix it. Nothing was too much trouble, it was clear that the main goal was to make sure we were happy with the outcome.

I only dealt with Vivek who was awesome.

Now that the issue has been fixed we are able to proceed with working on improved integration for our CRM and can now offer automatic deal creation through Zapier.
