The scope of work that agency was hired for can be summarised as follows:

Design and develop a food delivery app that will be unique to the South Africa market, easy to use, relatable and look beautiful. The scope overall included UI/UX designo and front-end and back-end development, and deployment across mobile platforms (iOS and Android).

Key deliverables include a user-friendly interface with seamless navigation, restaurant and menu listings, order placement and tracking, secure payment integration, AI-powered food recommendations, and real-time delivery tracking. The project will also cover admin and vendor dashboards for order management, a review and rating system, and push notifications for promotions and updates. Additionally, post-launch maintenance and support will be provided to ensure smooth operations.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since our app is not launched yet, the measurable outcomes at this stage would focus on landing page performance and pre-launch engagement, such as:

Website Traffic: Number of unique visitors, session duration, and bounce rate.
Sign-ups & Interest: Number of users signing up for early access, or waitlist registrations.
Social & Marketing engagements 
Investor or Partner Interest – Responses from potential vendors, delivery partners, or investors expressing interest in collaboration.

We also performing internal testing currently with plans to launch the app in much. However our app landing page is already live.

They have impressive project management skills and competence. From planning, meeting deadlines, communicating and managing risks.

They are a bunch of good people, very understanding and kind yet good at what they do. Something that is foreign these days.

They need to ensure that every person they hire fits with their culture because above the skills and trades, their culture and approach to managing projects is what will help them grow.

Their deliverables were on time and completed within the timeline provided by them. They designed the product like we asked them to along with a lot of inputs from them to make our product better.

The deliverables were made on time. There response time were really prompt with virtual meetings (Twice a week). We also had good communication with the team.
