Gorgeous Fabrics sells high-end fashion fabrics at discount prices including knits, jerseys, cottons, silks, linings, boucles, wools, coatings, denims, haute couture, bridal and evening wear. Our fabrics are good for shirts, blouses, pants, coats, jackets, and dresses. We bring the Garment District to your door!"

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We sell fabrics in half-yard increments, but the basic Shopify services only provide the ability to select whole unit quantities. Propero created a modification to the quantity selector on our website that now allows customers to select half-yards of fabrics instead of multiple "half-yard" integer increments. This makes our selling more intuitive and reduces the friction and confusion for our customers during product selection and checkout.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It's too early to see what impact this new feature will have on sales, but they delivered the feature we wanted at the price we negotiated in the timeframe they promised! You can't get better than that.They were also super-responsive to our specific, unique business requirements and fixed any anomalies that we found quickly!

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yes - project was delivered on time and in budget. We did some in-project QA and the bugs we found were fixed by the next day. At the end of the project, we did a final QA and were able to accept the changes immediately.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were extremely responsive to our unique business requirements and fixing any bugs that we found during development immediately. The communications were clear, and they responded to us very quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Propero Consulting Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

We are located in the Eastern US and Propero is located in India, so we found that the best time to coordinate communications was early morning for us which was early evening for them. We sent emails in our evenings and they were replied to in our mornings, when we woke up. This cadence worked well for us.
