How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We decided to work with Promodex team because they are very high-skilled in web-design and also they have a fair price for their services.

The site was developed using the site management system and CMS WordPress, without using a ready-made template. The Promodex team implemented a turnkey solution within 12 working days: from the main idea of the Customer to the implementation of the product and its launch.

A team of 8 people took part in the project implementation: project manager, business analyst, marketer, UI/UX specialist, SEO specialist, front-end developer, back-end developer, and QA specialist.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The team wrote the terms of reference, made the design, we made revisions, approved it, then did a layout, pulled on the engine and tested. We set up a completely new website. Their Team was super efficient. Also while challenging Times took place they always worked their craft professionally.

Promodex team used the WorkSection tool to control the project stages and are working under the Scrum methodology.

I liked Promodex web design skills very much. They were real professionals in their craft.

I can't add anything. I liked cooperation with Promodex team very much and I'm sure to work with them in the future.

Sales grew by 180%, time optimization of warehouse employees and managers decreased by 40%, entered the European and Russian markets

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was a great success! All terms and arrangements are observed, the software part was implemented 2 weeks earlier. The managers coped with their task. Satisfied with the company as a whole!
