To sharpen our approach, we conducted customer discovery interviews with potential buyers, validating whether they would purchase and capturing candid feedback, which informed our cold outreach and email campaigns.

Prok Tech’s project management is amazing. We work with Nikita (Project Manager), and he’s great. Our primary form of communication is through Zoom calls and chats.

Prok Tech always listens to what we want. The team is flexible and does their best to deliver the best results. Prok Tech is interested in our success; they’ve even offered to check how we do sales since we didn’t have good results, and that has helped us.

If I can make any suggestions, it would be to make a more personalized approach to contacting LinkedIn leads. However, we talked about that and they adapted.
