THE CHALLENGE: Building, differentiating and marketing a brand new -- global minded -- tech startup entering a cluttered and competitive market with hopes to build a new kind of community for music artists and professionals
Finding, engaging and gaining interest from new potential investors, advisory board, and music veterans to join
THE STRATEGY: To establish the product among music professionals through social media strategy, press, community management, launch event, first marketing video, partnerships and collaborations with Music Festivals, and Grammy award winning music veterans, and other brands for the sake of providing opportunities for the members of the community
THE RESULT: After consulting and working directly with CEO and Co-Founder on the brand development and strategy, Melboss went from roughly 200 non-active users, to establishing their presence in the U.S. and Europe with physical presence in Palo Alto, CA and Spain with +100k users across the globe, today. They received additional funding and are currently with a solid advisory board due to brand attractiveness and overall steady growth.

THE CHALLENGE: Establish reputation as Brazil's top entertainment focused technology and digital marketing agency, while also expand into Canada and U.S. (LA and NYC) markets through partnerships and opportunities with U.S. based companies
THE STRATEGY: To assist Founders on how to strengthen brand voice, establish a stronger internal culture in order to be more effective with employees, clients, stake holders and partners, provide periodic research, act as U.S. representative when needed, and also act as Copywriter for internal and external communication (verbal/written Portuguese)
THE RESULT: Agency has since experienced continued revenue growth -- with a staggering 150% yearly increase since 2017. As a result, Petra has also partnered with the number one music streaming company in Brazil, ONErpm, which has continuously brought in new business and opportunities in the U.S.
