1. MVP was launched on time and on budget within 3 months of engagement on both the App Store and Google Play
2. Team members have been engaged and responsive resolving any technical bug fixes within the agreed service level agreement (SLA)
3. Team regularly communicates via slack and attend weekly virtual team meeting
4. Beta release executed within 1 month of feature mapping successfully (Pigybak Ride)
5. Admin portal allows for streamlined adhoc requests where non-technical team members can support marketing pushes without dev time

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management has been collaborative and solution-oriented with an outcome-based approach. Product management has provided feedback on proposed workflows, leveraging existing modes to minimize dev time and also highlighting potential pitfalls to consider. They are intentional in the design and build, thinking through risks and rewards. They are timely in responding to needs and requests. For critical issues, they are responsive within hours, regardless of the time of day. The team is truly dedicated and part of the Pigybak team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team is dynamic and motivated and truly believes in the mission of Pigybak. They are passionate about delivering quality work and spend time thinking through solutions. They are not simply a dev firm, they are a partner who enhances our product. They care about and are invested in the outcome of Pigybak and see the relationship as a continuing investment, not just a project. 

I truly am appreciative of working with Progatix and look forward to many many more years of continued development in the future. We see Progatix as an integral component of our sustained global growth and development, and it is exciting to see them continue to scale and diversify their expertise with strategic investment in their employees and new hires.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Progatix could have done differently?

Progatix has been an exceptional partner. Projects are destined to have hiccups along the way but what is unique is that Progatix has taken those as opportunities to improve. An example would be, we had a minor issue where Jira was not being updated well during MVP, so they hired a Scrum master. Many firms would not have taken that step, but Progatix addressed it immediately and was excited to share the news of the new hire.
