During first month we had almost 10 different candidates mostly suiting for our position. This is truly a remarkable result. Frankly speaking we received the first candidate at the same day we started cooperating with PSR. And that was very impressive!

As a result, we had to get a stable product - a system that has such properties as fault tolerance, auditability, transparency, backup, and synchronization of network nodes with each other in real-time. Before production, the system had to undergo stress testing.

Within two weeks we staffed a development team in the required technology stack. Within the next month, the team joined the work and successfully passed 2 Milestones.

So far, there have been no complaints about their work from the customer.

The communication took place in Telegram group. Head of Business Development and Senior Recruitment Manager on their part, and Project Manager and technical leader on ours.

The communication took place operatively and we immediately got answers to all important questions. Candidates' resumes came with detailed descriptions, which allowed us to select only the most suitable candidates for our interview.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

First of all, I can note the efficiency of work. Operative communication and competent employees. We received new resumes and practically each of them was invited to the interview - the sample was relevant.

And based on the detailed description that was attached to the resumes, we saved a lot of time for interviews.

I'm not sure that I can single out something that we are not satisfied with. We are satisfied with both the speed and quality of the result obtained.
