I am a recruiter. Concentrix is a global leader in customer management. Convergys is an excellent customer management company made up of 125,000 employees working in more than 150 service centers and 60 countries.

It is a telecomunication project with German language. They have to soppurt the clients and to sell the products from the company

Find German speakers (level min. B2) with enthusiasm for selling

How did you select this vendor?

Vendor asked for a cooperation with us. We got an offer and we started a trial phase. We were and are satisfied. Therefore we are still working with PSR.

We had a call with PSR and we sent them the details about the project. They started sending us possible candidates.

What was the team composition?

From the vendor's side two people are involved and from our side also two.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our project is growing and growing. Totally we have already 200 workers

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow is very easy and directly. If we need something we just send an mail. We have more or less every day contact via mail.

We were experiencing difficulty with our hiring infrastructure and were trying to fill our positions faster to have a better pool of candidates to choose from.

What were your goals for this engagement?

We had strict deadlines and hard requirements for the positions. Our goals were to find the right people which will be technically strong and good team players to work with them for a long period and to have good performance in a very unusual project methodology.

We have a small chat before the first call about vacancy details. They ask not a lot of questions so we didn't expect anything. But the first candidates were submitted very fast and they were fit all our requirements.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Working with the PSR Company left a very pleasant impression. They understood all the critical requirements related to our vacancies in the blink of an eye. The submitted candidates were quite relevant, there was no feeling that they submit wrong people.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were promptly replying every time even outside of the business hours. They always helped to contact the candidates if for some reason candidates did not respond or if any additional information was needed. They supported stuffing in every stage of the recruitment process.

What did you find most impressive about this vendor?

Our cooperation was perfect. They always try to use our feedback to build a better relationship and to find for us better candidates. There was no situation when we need their support and didn't get it. Highly recommend them! And looking forward to working with them in the future.
