We are a medium-sized construction company engaged in the construction, rehabilitation and reconstruction of engineering structures and performing specialist works in construction with over 30 years of experience in the Croatian market, and recently in the Federal Republic of Germany. I am the business secretary of the company, so I am partly involved in every segment of the company's business, from human resources, the introduction of ISO standards, the introduction of new software solutions
For what projects/services did your company hire Profesio Employment Agency?
With the acquisition of the company in Germany, there was a need for professional staff with specific requirements and their rapid implementation. Since we are a company initially from Croatia, and by entering a new propulsive market, our primary goal was to understand the culture of our organization and enable the easiest possible social integration and assimilation into the newly established market.
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
Of course we researched several human resource consulting firms, and Profesio d.o.o. we chose primarily because of the extremely easy communication with Mr. recruiter. From additional references, I can point out that the mentioned agency for temporary employment and employment mediation operates globally, and not only locally, then the acceptable price structure and the guarantee of the success of the task.

We started with one project, finding a specific professional staff with requirements that we have defined ourselves and a short timeframe for implementation. The main task was to find 2 people who would meet not only the requirements of the required positions but primarily the culture of our organization and our climate with the ability to quickly assimilate into a new environment and knowledge of specific technologies. After the successful realization, we agreed on 2 more projects that are in progress.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
All communication took place with only one person, a recruiter who specializes in finding and selecting staff in our industry.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Our first project was successfully realized in the shortest possible time, the two required jobs with very specific requirements were completed and we can share the satisfaction with the exceptional initial assessment and selection of candidates. Candidates have successfully fitted into the team and professionally execute all business challenges so we can now dedicate ourselves to our core business.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The flow of the whole communication was, if I may express myself harmoniously, Mr. recruiter instilled confidence in us from the first day, which made the business flow harmonious. There was no need to put any pressure or check the results. We received reports on the status of the project regularly and in a timely manner and all communication was done by email or phone.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The most impressive is the professionalism and the assessment of Mr. recruiter, with the obtained CVs of the candidate we received a brief impression of the candidate of our recruiter, a summary and if necessary and the appropriate suggestion that was always appropriate. Although candidates were referred to us for an interview the search was still in the process, until our final selection we had the option of selecting and choosing between multiple candidates.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
In our cooperation so far, we have not noticed anything inappropriate or the need for change, it would be ideal if everything in the business world functioned as our cooperation.

Profesio is recruiting employees which work for us at retail, stores and different hotels.
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
Deciding factor was their flexibility and quality of their recruiters and aadministration for EOR and payroll.

Their servis package is recruitment, payroll and EOR. There are different projects all over Croatia. We sent them our requirement and mostly we get employees in one or two weeks. They do also psychology test too. They consulted us regarding in HR issues.

3 recruiters and 2 administrators.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
We are one of biggest waste management solutions companies in Croatia and surrounding countries without agency like PROFESIO it would not be possible.

We have weekly meetings and we use TEAMS channel.

They are very proactive and solve some situation even before we knew about them.
