ProductNest was engaged to help digitalize the operations of two independent hotels that were my clients. The scope included IT strategy consulting, UX design, WordPress-based website development and workflow automation.
We began with a discovery phase to assess the hotels’ manual processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation. ProductNest proposed a phased implementation roadmap and provided consulting on the best tools and architecture to support long-term scalability.
Key deliverables included:
Two responsive, custom-branded websites built on WordPress CMS with custom copywriting that we enhanced with the specific hospitality industry keywords ( we did our own SEO but they were happy to assist us in this as well)
Integration with third-party booking engines and property management tools
A digital guest check-in workflow to reduce front desk load
Custom service request forms routed to internal hotel teams
UX design for both mobile and desktop interfaces
Training sessions for hotel staff on managing content and digital tools
