Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a medical manager, I worked for government in health services in my country and may main duties and responsibilities are hiring and training administrative staff, evaluating staff performance, scheduling staff for their work, establishing office policies and procedures.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

I decided to get help from some agency. After a long research I contacted Prodirekt because of their reviews and reputation: their website and social media also looked highly professional to me.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

The program covers all the aspects of patient service in the Canadian healthcare system including medical terminology, hospital administration, infection control, finance, billing and medical software simulation. students have the option of participating in a co-op work placement and immersing themselves in the health care administrative industry in Canada.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

they were three, The director manager, and two of the Operation and admission managers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Well, I just finished my first term and I have learned a lot about how go through in the EMR.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The response always was very quick for email, whats app and I have some meetings with the director manager by zoom. I think the communication is very effective and detailed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They always resolve all my problems highly efficiently, and try to figure out all the client needs. The company has consisted of an amusing staff who always want the best for the client.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think Prodirekt is a well-organized company. I can't find any area of improvement.
