Our company manufactures furniture and we distribute through several selling points in Andalucia, Spain. We manufacture high-level furniture for mid and high-level clients.

We’ve been working with them for several years, developing many projects with the digital marketing department. They’ve developed two web pages, and each with several phases.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The most important web page project shows all the products we offer to our clients. The whole internal organization and options to deliver. Clients may choose colors and materials for example and this is implemented in the web pages. They have helped us a great deal with social media as well with Twitter and Facebook. We’ve lately developed a 2-year old blog.

They’ve used Drupal and several other web technologies. We’ve focused more on the content side. They’ve also done SEO and helped position the web page in Google. More has been developed throughout the 10-year collaboration.

Between $70K to $80K across the engagement.

We’ve been working for them for 10 years.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The number of clients has been increasing. Clients have been captured through all of the tools they have implemented for us, which has been very important for our company.

They’ve met all deadlines and time estimates that we agreed on. Our relationship has been long. Their projects are reliable and good quality. Their team meets the size of our medium sized company.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to adapt to the style and needs of the client stood out. They are efficient in setting up priorities. They are able to capture the intrinsic characteristics of every business and take advantage of these. The developments were well thought out and personalized for our company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We are pleased with what we’ve been able to develop together and results are reasonable and in line with our budgets.

What challenge were you trying to address with Prodigia Consultores?

They implemented a web e-commerce platform using a Drupal system around 7 to 8 years ago to sell caravan accessories. They modify and improve the site for us as needed.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Once we identify things we need to do to improve sales, we send them our requests for modifications. Initially, we started small, and we’ve been growing our relationship.

What is the team dynamic?

Around 2–3 people work on my projects.

How did you come to work with Prodigia Consultores?

This company was initially based in Cabra, where we are based. When we started doing this, I asked for estimates from several companies. We decided to go with them because, even though they were the most expensive, they instilled trust. The way they approached our questions was the best among all other options, so we started working with them.

We’ve invested around 15,000 euros.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with them for the past 7–8 years.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project developed by Prodigia Consultores is essential. I’m not sure what we would’ve been able to accomplish if it weren’t for their work. The support we have from them over the phone is great.

We’re not investing in Google AdWords, yet we are one of the best-positioned companies in Spain when it comes to this type of accessories.

How did Prodigia Consultores perform from a project management standpoint?

The last project timeline was not met because of a series of inconveniences, so this was understandable. I believe it is worthwhile to stick with Prodigia Consultores regardless.

What did you find most impressive about Prodigia Consultores?

Their employees give me lots of tips to improve our positioning and the value of our website. They give me all of the necessary know-how to do this type of project.

Are there any areas Prodigia Consultores could improve?

Clients are always requesting a new feature that has to be added to the website. We are going to start working again with Prodigia Consultores.
