On the PROCRM side, I worked with Roman. I would like to note the high level of openness to dialogue and involvement in business tasks. The team does not just fulfill the TOR, but offers optimal solutions taking into account risks and real business logic.

 I especially liked the proactivity, customer orientation and punctuality — tasks do not “hang around”, but are brought to a result. Sometimes I even caught myself thinking that PROCRM works more accurately than Google Calendar 🙂 I definitely recommend it as a reliable, systematic and technologically strong contractor.

 I would especially like to emphasize the expertise in implementing solutions: tasks were performed both in Power BI (data analytics and visualization) and in Bitrix24 — including the development and implementation of non-standard business processes for the specifics of the company.
