Key deliverables:
1. Centralized data warehouse in BigQuery with unified schema for marketing, GA4, and CRM data.
3. CRM integration loading customer, purchase, and conversion data to BigQuery.
4. GA4 data export & alignment to connect onsite behavior with marketing and sales outcomes.
5.Power BI dashboard transforming raw data into actionable insights for executives and operational teams alike.
6. Data-Driven attribution for accurate revenue/ROI assignment by channel.
7. KPI suite & drill-downs (ROI, CPL, CTR, Impressions, Leads, Purchases) with navigation by source/medium → campaign → ad group → keyword.
