We needed a complete site for the international network. It was necessary to make the correct and logical structure of the site according to the needs of users from different countries. The first is the initial page from which there is a delimitation to the pages of the countries where the network is present. That is, the first page is the choice of the country and language of the site. Each country (Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania and Latvia) should have its own page with relevant content for it. For example, the Ukrainian page should have such sections as: restaurants, delivery, franchising, loyalty program, news and contacts. We also wanted to place widgets for downloading the mobile application in the footer.

The restaurants page should contain a map that will show the geography of the network. In addition to the competent structure of the site, we also wanted to update the design, make it brighter and more modern. What did we get? The team fulfilled the tasks we set, we got a good design that is more convenient for our users. Thanks to the global page where the user selects the country, we avoided traffic confusion. The "News" page has convenient tags by which we can sort publications. That is, we got a beautiful, clear and accessible website of the network, which is more convenient for our users.

Currently, we are still collecting analytics data to have broader comparative results, but we can already see that traffic to the site has increased.

In addition, the team constantly clarified and asked us if everything is okay, if we have additional wishes, etc. That is, we felt the team's involvement in our project and the desire to make it perfect.

Developers were ready to work also on weekends to complete the work on time. We are satisfied with the cooperation and will work with Proacto in the future.

Proacto was recommended to us by our marketing partner (Plan B). The team seemed very professional to us and able to implement our project, especially periodontal chart, which was quite a complex product for us.

We had several iterations - brain-storming session, planning, discussion of design and functionality of the web-site and periodontal chart. After that, preliminary version was provided and it took several further steps for testing and ajdustments. Final corrections were made after product launch to the general public.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Periodontal chart has become a routinely used tool for many Ukrainian dentists. By the users, it was characterized as user-friendly, with beautiful design and nice functionality. This led to the significant increase of web-site attendance.

The communication was quick, easy and professional. We used Zoom meetings and e-mail, chats.

The team is really professional, but at the same time easy-going and friendly. It was fun working with them, and their approach was enthusiastic. They were very involved and eager to dive into dentistry, in order to implement a project according to our needs and desires.

Not so much, indeed. Perhaps the bugs could have been fixed a bit quicker.

Previous agency was constantly draining money from us without visible progress and as we understood later - where using modules that actually where not compatible together and after upgrade to newer versions - some just failed and parts of website were dead.

As we are petfood company - we have a lot of customers with which we directly work to deliver orders. One of our clients was actually Andrew from Proacto and ones he called and said about problems that he experience on a website, but he was not offering himself, just said about the problems.

So we asked the previous company if they may solve them - and they started to maneuver and avoiding actual solving. Then we started to call every agency that work with Magento in Lviv (our operation office location) and one of them where Proacto.

On a first meeting it we where suprised to meet Andrew and as he already knew about problems and whole team where acting as proffesionals (without additional selling of themselves or trying to show super value - just showing exactly what we where asking for) we decided to work together

First scope was on Magento. Later we had few small projects (landings, partner map, small shop and webinars) on WordPress. New checkout, new payment methods, delivery module, conversion tracking and triggers for online marketing. Rework of most of modules and correct upgrading to newer version of Magento

A project manager directly, back-, front- developers. Designer on WP (we dont need one with Magento, there where minor changes).

We have greatly increased Conversion Rate in general, because site is way may more responsible and fast. Also huge increase in revenue because of new payment methods, but this is more social and quality of life improvement with their hands. Main positive thing, except of stable work, is that meetings with guys are enjoyable. They dont make me nervous.

We use Skype and Telegram for messaging, guys always respond realy fast. Track tasks in Jira. Few times we had big meetings for understanding problems and solutions - hackatons.

Maybe if they grow to bigger team and have more different developers we could work on apps also, because this is interesting for us, but im not sure if there specialists in that field in their team. To be honest - i never asked if they do have someone)
