The scope of work includes media planning and buying, campaign setup and management, budget allocation optimization, continuous performance optimization, pixel installation, and basic conversion tracking of up to two (2) events. Monthly performance reporting and quarterly business review meetings are included.

Media spend will be allocated and managed as required throughout the service period.

Our thinking way on marketing had been changed, normally we are scientists based which always delivers facts to our audience. But, it is difficult to understand. However, the Primal team is marketing based, so they can think of a word or phrase with the language that is more friendly to our audience.

I think they mentioned SENTR, which is like the internal management tools for a marketing company (mostly we are experienced with JIRA or Trello as the scientist and R&D company. Also, they have a dashboard to summarize all of the campaigns in one place created on Google data studio.

They are friendly and always reachable, even on holidays or days off. And, their profession in working individually makes them focus on only one thing rather than mix all things together in one person.

The overall rating is excellent, however, we knew that all experts and professionals in the team utilize all budget we spent. As a small company and startup, the budget might be too steep for us to continue the project (but still we appreciate how Primal works).
