557% Increase in Organic search traffic
The Challenge
We were asked by Lance Surety Bonds to improve their organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Project Contribution
We started with an initial in-depth research and planning. We found that the requirements for the surety bonds, offered by Lance Surety, can be confusing for potential customers and can greatly vary per industry and state. It's also the reason why most of the users in need of a surety bond start their buying journey with a search in Google.
- Buyer Persona
After the initial research, we developed several buyer personas covering the main types of businesses serviced by Lance Surety Bonds. Among other things, we detailed the main stages of the buying funnel for each persona and the type of content they are searching for online per stage.
- Content Marketing Strategy and Execution
We developed a content marketing plan and, over time, we created a number of content assets published on the client’s website and other influential relevant websites. Each content was optimized for specific keywords, targeting the buyer persona for every stage of the buying journey.
The main types of content we created:
- Web Copy
- Blog Posts
- Guest Articles
- Educational Videos
- Ebooks
- Infographics
Results
- Conversions increased by 93%
- Organic search traffic increased by 557%
- Overall traffic increased by 258%
- Referral traffic increased by 325%

Infographic
The Challenge
As part of our content marketing strategy, we wanted to improve the brand awareness for Lance Surety among young entrepreneurs and build their backlink portfolio. Since infographics are some of the most engaging and highly shareable type of content on the web, we decided to design, publish, and promote a high-quality infographic on a topic related to the startup community.
What we did
- Topic
Initially, we decided to write an article on the topic of “Top X tips for startup success”. However, we found countless articles and infographics on the same topic. To be more precise, there were more than 20 million results in Google. We decided to give the topic a different spin. Since the greatest fear of startups is the fear of failure, we decided to emphasize on the fear factor. - Research
We found a great research done on the topic by CB Insights based on analyzing 101 startup failure postmortems. The insights were relevant and useful, plus, there were no visual assets on the website to accompany the results. - Conceptualizing
We wanted the graphics to clearly depict the reasons to fail and, at the same time, to be catchy, fun, and shareable. - Content creation
We wanted the text in the infographic to be very short and to the point. The main idea of visualizing data/analysis is to remove the need for users to read long and detailed explanations. - Publishing
We wanted to publish the infographic on high-quality websites. We got in touch with a few influential authors and editors, pitched the idea and they loved it. - Promotion
Eventually the infographic was published on Forbes.com (https://www.forbes.com/sites/groupthink/2016/03/02/top-20-reasons-why-startups-fail-infographic/) and republished across a number of influential domains, including Inc.com. We actively promoted it across a number of online startup communities.
Results:
- Embedded on: 100+ websites
- Backlinks: 150+
- LinkedIn shares: 2,000+
- Shares across other social media channels: 6,000+

UI/UX Design
The Challenge
Pratte Ski wanted a complete redesign of their website. The team at Presitely was responsible for the web design part of the project. The goal of the redesign was to improve the look and feel of the website, and to make it easier for visitors to navigate and personalize their ski camp package.
Project Contribution
- Website Architecture
With the help of our partners at Webcoop we reworked the content hierarchy and page structure early on in the process to create a unique, manageable site for personalized ski camps. We redesigned the website architecture and built it around a more intuitive navigation. The design of the pages required a different line of thinking to ensure that no matter where you are on the website, with only a few clicks (taps), you will be able to find your specific ski camp and book it. - Design (UI)
The redesign had to capture the feeling of skiing in the mountains. We tried to create an overall sense of outdoor adventure. - Content Structure (UX)
Since the goal of the website is to enable the end user to create their own personal ski camp experience, we had to make the whole process simple and intuitive for the target users. Combined with the architecture redesign, we applied different techniques, such as color coding, content structure, navigation sidebars, and more to make sure visitors are always just a step away from creating their personalized ski camp. - Easy Registration Form (UX)
A crucial part of the redesign was to simplify the booking process while still providing enough important information to the ski camp organizers. In collaboration with Webcoop, we broke down the process to its elements and then built it back up to a well organized step-by-step registration form. - Style Guide (UI/UX)
The prime directive of the typography and iconography we used was to make it intuitive for the users to understand and navigate through the website and all available camps.

SEO & Social Media for Blockchain Development Firm
PROJECT SUMMARY
A blockchain development company hired Presitely to audit their site and suggest SEO-related improvements. The team then developed a content plan and set up Twitter, LinkedIn, and Reddit accounts for the client.
THe approach
Presitely acted as an advisor and executor for the company.
- SEO Audit
First, we did a technical audit on the client's website to look into its speed and Google ranking. When the audit revealed that both weren’t good, we provided them with recommendations on how to fix it.
- Second SEO Audit
Presitely conducted a second audit once that the recommendations were implemented. During this phase, we also helped them with some final touches, implementing a couple of tools and features on the front- and backend.
- Monthly Content Plan & Keyword Research
Then we built out a monthly content plan around the keywords that we had researched.
- Monthly Social Media Management and Advertising
We also activated a couple of social media channels, the most important being Twitter, LinkedIn and Reddit.
THE outcome
"We’ve achieved really great results with Presitely’s help. According to Google, we are 99% in the green area for both the desktop and mobile versions of our website. The speed is at a really good place. We’ve also pushed hard on Twitter and LinkedIn, but it has only accounted for 20–30% of our overall results. Still, we’ve seen good results there. We don’t measure conversions, because that’s not how our business works, but we do measure the organic traffic generated. Achieving a 50% monthly increase in our organic traffic and overall requests in the middle of this year alone, we’ve definitely exceeded our initial target of only 10%. Presitely has done a really good job on our SEO.
Presitely is a professional team that is really devoted to the job."

Please describe your company and your position there.
Our company is a manufacturer of condensate pumps and measuring instruments with a presence all over the world. I am communications manager.
For what projects/services did your company hire Presitely, and what were your goals?
As a product company, we consider our technical documentation to be very important, so we regularly update and translate it into different languages. Our documentation also needs to be present in a few different environments at the same time, not only creating extra work each time a new file needs to be uploaded but also increasing the chance of error.
Internally, we took a decision to adopt a Product Information Management (PIM) system, with the idea of using it for our technical documentation at first, but gradually expanding it to the rest of our digital assets, such as images, videos, software, etc. We contacted a few different providers, among which Presitely, to help us with the development and the implementation of the PIM.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We knew Presitely's work already because we had already used their services for a few web development projects. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work, the adherence to the deadline and their price points. Overall, we felt like Presitely was the type of company we could trust with a larger project.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We wrote a short technical brief outlining our main needs and presented it to Presitely for evaluation. Based on the specifications, they recommended two different PIM Platforms: Akeneo and Pimcore. Upon further analysis, we decided to go with Akeneo and Presitely helped us outline the different steps of the project.
We received a detailed proposal and an implementation action plan. Presitely invited us to collaborate on their project management platform (Asana) where we could follow the progress of each step from start to finish.
We also held weekly meetings to monitor the progress and ensure nothing was delaying the work. Presitely delivered the project on time and showed great flexibility in the designing of custom functionalities which weren't part of the initial scope of the project.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Presitely had four people involved in the project: a project manager, two web developers and a designer.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The whole team at Presitely was extremely helpful and flexible when on a few occasions we had to slightly modify the scope and the deliverables. I am happy to say this neither presented any issues, nor impacted the timely delivery of the project. Due to various internal considerations, we are yet to connect Akeneo to our websites and other digital platforms, so it would be hard to share any measurable outcomes.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The project was extremely well organized using Asana, which also served as our main tool for communication. On occasion, we also organized virtual meetings to lift any roadblocks and ensure everything was advancing as planned.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Thanks to them we chose the right tool and were also able to adapt it to our more specific needs, when necessary.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Presitely is a reliable and trustworthy vendor.

SEO & Social Media Mktg for Blockchain & DLT Development Firm

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We are a blockchain and DLT (distributed ledger technology) development company. We provide development services and consultation around blockchain projects, and we build custom products for blockchain-native startups and enterprises.
I’m the head of marketing and growth, and I have a team of 4–5 people, most of whom are in Sofia, Bulgaria, while others are in London.
What challenge were you trying to address with Presitely?
We needed to do social media marketing and SEO.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We had no prior experience with SEO, so Presitely acted as an advisor and executor for us. First, they did a technical audit on our website to look into its speed and Google ranking. When the audit revealed that both weren’t good, their team provided us with recommendations on how to fix it.
We then went into updating, refreshing, and redesigning our website, but we did so with another company. Presitely conducted a second audit once that was done to make sure that all of their recommendations were implemented in order. During this phase, they also helped us with some final touches, implementing a couple of tools and features on the front- and backend.
When everything was set up for us to start with SEO, their team built out a monthly content plan around the keywords that they had researched. Our in-house writers carry out that plan and write and publish the needed articles.
We also activated a couple of social media channels, the most important being Twitter. We also created accounts on LinkedIn and Reddit. We tried Quora but ultimately canceled that when it wasn’t working for us.
What is the team composition?
We have one person, our main contact, who is involved in SEO and content creation. Another member handles our social media.
How did you come to work with Presitely?
One of my colleagues used to work with them in the past and recommended them to us.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together towards the end of 2019. We started off with the technical audit and then included social media and content planning later on. We continue to work together on a monthly basis.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve achieved really great results with Presitely’s help.
How did Presitely perform from a project management standpoint?
Though the deadlines tend to slip a little at times, they deliver everything as promised. They’re very professional, and they understand all of our requests and goals. We’re quite happy with their services.
We communicate over phone calls, email, Slack, and Hangouts. We also have regular team meetings to keep everyone updated.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Presitely is a professional team that is really devoted to the job.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve on meeting deadlines and communicating results, offers, and ideas a bit better.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re a good agency that can support other companies with SEO and digital marketing needs.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the president of a US-based surety bond agency. We offer all types of surety bonds to clients in all 50 states.
For what projects/services did your company hire Presitely, and what were your goals?
As a nationwide, online business, our agency needed a company that could help us drive more high-quality traffic and prospective customers to our website. With constantly increasing competition, we needed a multifaceted approach that included organic, paid advertising, social media and email marketing.
How did you select Presitely and what were the deciding factors?
For me, it all came down to trusting and believing in Presitely's owner, Vladimir Yordanov. I had worked with Vladimir on a previous project prior to him starting his own business. He was head and shoulders better than any other account manager I had encountered in more than decade of outsourcing digital marketing. Working with Presitely was a no-brainer.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
When we first started working with Presitely, we needed website and SEO help on all fronts. They began with a detailed audit, which helped serve as a road map for the digital marketing strategy.
Early on, they planned and implemented a full website and application redesign, which helped us migrate from an outdated CMS, and greatly improved the site flow and user experience. And they did this at a fraction of the price we would have paid to any of our previous vendors.
We were so happy with their early work on the website redesign, and SEO efforts, that we eventually expanded into working with them on PPC, social media marketing and email campaigns. Over the years, they have routinely delivered across the board.
For SEO, our primary success metrics were related to key word rankings, traffic, and ultimately conversions, or completed applications from new clients. Year over year, we consistently saw improvements on all fronts, despite the increasing online competition.
How many resources from the Presitely team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Throughout our time working with Presitely, we have always had an assigned account manager, who served as our primary contact. This person was always in tune with each facet of support. On occasion, we would also communicate with the owner, developer, PPC manager, as well as social media manager. Vladimir has assembled a very solid team, and we have greatly enjoyed the experience.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
From an ROI standpoint, we have seen an increase in completed applications (conversions) each year we have worked with Presitely, which is directly tied to their efforts. This year over year increase has been due to their consistent SEO production, as well as the significant improvements they have made to our Google Adwords PPC campaigns.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow and communication with Presitely has been one of the best elements of working with their company. I rarely, if ever, found myself having to follow up on tasks. If anything, they were regularly having to send me friendly reminders so that deliverables could move forward quickly. They have been extremely organized, which has given me peace of mind, and ensured we continue to see results.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Compared to other vendors we have worked with, I have been most impressed with the genuine passion the team at Presitely has shown to our business' overall success. They didn't simply just deliver on tasks we had requested, but seemed to always be bringing new ideas to the table to help us achieve our goals. They genuinely felt like "partners", and one that I could trust would always have our back.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Presitely is the best vendor I have worked with in over 11 years in business. I have nothing critical to add.

For what projects/services did your company hire Presitely, and what were your goals?
We hired Presitely to handle the web development portion of our website redesign.

Web development is expensive, so finding the right fit for our budget was crucial. Presitely is a great value, as their expertise doesn't come with a gigantic price tag.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Myself, our content marketing team (who designed the site), and Presitely (who handled the web development) all worked together to complete this project. We communicated over the course of about three months to get the website completed.
How many people from the Presitely team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We had a project manager, and I believe 2-3 developers working on this project.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our site aesthetics look more up to date, and our overall site performance (page load speed) has improved.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We had daily communication via email, and virtual meetings as needed. Using InDesign was crucial for the design portion.

I find the value to be very high. Web development can be expensive, and I find that you will often pay significantly more for the same quality that Presitely provides with other web development vendors. Everything was done completely per the project requirements.
