We collaborated with Prescott Data to leverage sophisticated AI techniques to enhance the customer experience of our brand of luxury menswear. Our objective was to enrich our online platform with expert systems, natural language processing, speech recognition, and machine vision in order to personalize shopping to provide more meaningful product recommendations and to expedite the customer support process.

Prescott Data analyzed our existing systems and how we interact with our customers in considerable depth before crafting the AI systems to support our needs. This included developing expert systems to help customers find the perfect fashion and home goods items, along with using natural language processing to better understand and converse with customers. 

Their team also implemented speech recognition for voice-based interactions, as well as machine vision to help with searches by product. Deliverables for the project included a fully integrated AI platform, personalized recommendation algorithms and improved chatbot functions.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was a definite win. It enabled tangible and significant improvements in our brand performance -- improvements which are reflected in engagement metrics including time on site and conversion rates, the latter of which increased nearly 40 percent. Our personalized recommendation engine resulted in increased average order values, a trend which speaks to the better customer satisfaction and trust in our product offering.
