Introduce your business and what you do there.

 I’m the CEO and co-founder of Sinergy Engineering Solutions, a technical consultancy firm specialized in advanced multidisciplinary engineering services. We aim to become a reference in Romania and expand into Eastern Europe and the EU.

What challenge were you trying to address with Premiere M?

 We needed help defining and building a solid and distinctive brand identity for our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

 Premiere M handled our branding development process, from strategy to final implementation. Their scope of work covered both strategic and creative dimensions and included: In addition, Premiere M provided initial website and social media design direction, providing the visual and content framework for our future online presence.

 We worked with two teammates from Premiere M.

How did you come to work with Premiere M?

 We found Premiere M through a referral from other partners. We chose them because they had a good balance between service packages and cost. However, the most important point was the alignment of their work with our ideas and needs.

What is the status of this engagement?

 We worked together from July–September 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 Premiere M delivered a fully defined brand identity that was consistently implemented across all our materials and communications. We also saw a noticeable increase in brand clarity and coherence, helping our team communicate more confidently and uniformly. Moreover, we received positive feedback from clients and partners who recognized the new brand as more professional, modern, and aligned with our values. We also saw a stronger brand presence in presentations, proposals, and networking activities, which supported our business development efforts. Internally, the new brand also enhanced team alignment and pride, giving everyone a clearer sense of purpose and belonging. Overall, the project provided us with a clear and tangible improvement in how our company is perceived and presented — a key foundation for our future growth. There were a few moments that really made us feel the new brand was making a difference. The first time we shared our new identity with our partners, their reactions said it all. People immediately noticed the change — they described it as fresh, professional, and full of energy. It was exactly how we wanted to be perceived, and hearing that from others was incredibly rewarding. How did Premiere M perform from a project management standpoint?

 Premiere M’s project management was excellent from start to finish. The team was organized, proactive, and very easy to work with. Every phase of the project had a clear structure, and communication was always transparent; we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. Moreover, Premiere M delivered everything on time, even when we had internal adjustments or new ideas along the way. What stood out most was their flexibility and attention to detail — they managed to keep the creative flow alive while still meeting every deadline. Overall, the process felt smooth, collaborative, and professional — the kind of partnership that makes you feel truly supported throughout the journey. We mainly communicated via meetings and WhatsApp chats.

What did you find most impressive about them?

 What impressed me most was Premiere M’s ability to truly capture who we are — not just as a company, but as people. The team didn’t just design a brand; they listened, understood our story, and translated it into something that genuinely felt like us. Moreover, Premiere M’s strategic thinking combined with creative depth made the whole process unique. BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of a trampoline park. It is the first trampoline park in our country, and we have a place with simple trampolines, olimpic trampoline, ninja warrior and climb wall.

For what projects/services did your company hire Premiere M?

We were looking to build a local brand and to attract the right target. Because it was a new challenge for a total new market we have to find a company that was understanding our business, our expectation and to identify together the type of customer.

What were your goals for this project?

We want to build a name and a brand with premium services and premium image on market.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

In my other jobs, I work in an advertising company and I heard about them in that period. I saw their projects and especially I like their type of communication. They are direct and honest.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We work with all Premiere team. The project was a challenging one for everybody. They were involved in all the detalis of this project: strategy, media, creative, marketing execution, tracking. They work in traditional channel but also digital media. Their job was also to organised the opening of the trampoline park. I think it was a complex project for both of us.

What was the team composition?

I think all the members team was involved, because it was a big project (design, copywriter, PR, events).

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Because it was a new brand, all the numbers look very well, we have increase sales, media interactions and brand awareness.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective. They have a quick response for every challenge, they anticipate a lot of things and they knew a lot of business.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were very positive and they understand very well the need of the customer.
