Pravaah built a customized website and application.  It started with researching multiple AI models and building/training our own AI model.  In the end we utilize and integrate several AI models to build prompts, generate children's stories and images, and to ensure safety. Here are some features that were implemented: simple user interface allowing user to select inputs for story and image generation, edit their story, regenerate their story, regenerate their images, read their story in a flip book format, and share their story via social media, downloaded files, or with a link.  Additionally, they helped to integrate Stripe with fee for service and subscription pricing options into the website.  They customized a book library as part of the website that subscribers will be able to access and such that I can control content. We have a list of future developments, so the journey will be ongoing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We measured success in a simple way...does the website work?  The website is a network with complicated integrations of multiple AI models, and it works.  There were several obsticles that they overcame: 1. generating interesting stories (AI generated stories can be flat and humorless); 2. generating images with consistent characters (AI generated images can be riddled with errors and oddities); amd 3. An easy user interface where users don't need to be AI prompt gurus (AI models require prompts with a balance of details and creativity which most users don't know how to do). They made all of it happen.

Everything was timely and professional.  I would get same day responses and clear answers to my questions.  What I loved most was that I could discuss a problem and they would have clever ideas for solutions that I had not considered.

Like I said earlier, they are innovative and offer clever solutions.  I found that with every interaction not only would they offer solutions but that our interactions would inspire ideas for me also.  It was as if their creativity would inspire my creativity.  A very invigorating way to experience growth and momentum.

I usually met with the engineers assigned to my project in the evenings.  This worked for me and my schedule, but it is something to be aware of.  I had weekly meetings which was fantastic as we could incrementally progress and problem solve and I could directly supervise the changes.

Created a mobile website that allows users to place on demand and pre-scheduled fulfillment requests. Built a robust backend to handle real-time request matching, status updates, and payment processing. Established a list of services and integrated a location-based system for matching requests with nearby personal assistants. Allows users to create custom delivery requests for groceries, restaurant takeout, laundry, and more. Defined the edge of the PALs platform over competitors like Instacart & DoorDash, focusing on a personal assistant, customer-centric model. Enables users to upload pictures of shopping lists, screenshots or pictures of specific items, or they can manually enter the retailer & items they'd like to receive. Integrated secure payment gateways allowing users to pay for services and tip assistant.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Achieved benchmarks set during the project scheduling phase. All webpage designs were shown first for my approval and then implemented only after I signed off. At each step along the way, Pravaah Consulting understood the assignment and achieved each goal. When a new challenge arose, such as needing to create a backend page for Assistants to complete Assignments & generate the necessary invoices, a solution was implemented. After going live, multiple test orders were placed, fulfilled, and completed without issue. Users received auto-generated contacts explaining the progress of their Assignment, as well as links to pay their final invoice once work was completed. Payment processing and invoice completion have been secure & timely.

Very organized and thorough, from the start. Established a timeline of the work to be done and were informative, friendly, and results-driven. We are in the support phase of the project, and just like when we were in the thick of it months ago, Pritesh and the team respond quickly anytime I reach out with questions. Deliverables were met on time over and over again such as website design, payment processing implementation, and other specific needs related to on demand fulfillment.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Pritesh and his team have a great enthusiasm. They are approachable, easy to work with, and forgiving of my more manic, fast talking style of explaining ideas. This is what led to me selecting them to work with in the first place. Other developers were simply not understanding the scope of my project and what I was needing. Pritesh understood my vision from our first conversation and made sure to help his team understand it as well.

Pravaah Consulting group created my website with over 150 products with EditorX. Different pages and categories were created and the design was just perfect. Pravaah consulting made changes per my requests, and the final product exceeded my expectations. The website was designed for any type of device and screen size (mobile, tablet, desktop, etc.).

My website also has a social media feed (including instagram feed and my online store is connected to my Facebook page which makes it convenient for my clients to shop directly from Facebook or my website if they want to. Over the last year, the number of people who have searched for our website has significantly gone up. Our click-through rate and site traffic have also increased. Thanks to Pravaah Consulting, we now also have clear-cut funnels that allow us to move people from questionnaires or builders to actual purchasing. We’re also able to properly gather leads through our site.

They’ve been above satisfactory in this regard. We use a couple of complementary systems for our marketing efforts, but we mostly hold our weekly meetings through Zoom and Google Meet. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

What I really like about Pravaah Consulting is how they never say no. They always try to figure something out. I sometimes have outlandish ideas, but their team always tries to achieve what they can within our budget and timeframe. It’s not very often that a company will be willing to work with us on that level.

There have been some things that we needed to fine-tune over the course of our partnership, and Pravaaah Consulting has been very open to doing so. I think it will be to their benefit to do a bit more research into the businesses that they plan on managing. It will be very helpful for them to have a clear path towards their client’s goals — one that’s also based on their client’s business structure.

Have a very specific understanding of what you require from the very beginning so that you can help Pravaah Consulting determine what direction is a priority for you.

Our company has been in business for 4 years however much of that time has been in the R&D phase.I am the president and have worked with many technical consultants as we developed our products. At this point we are becoming a marketing company and i have been looking for the people to help us in that key area.

Along the process of developing the website they incorporated the tools for optimizing the site for all forms of digital marketing. Naturally, that digital marketing and website design go hand in hand; members of his team all contributed as we built the site. This is not a one man company that gets stretched as it accumulates clients.

We continue our marketing into more advanced technologies and methods. Perfect for me as I have deep experience in sales and marketing but not as much in the world of digital marketing. In short, Pravaah is a solid company of professionals, well-versed in the digital needs that companies are growing rapidly into.!

They have a wealth of services/skills that I haven't utilized but will as we grow. Plus they are adept at specialized projects outside of straightforward needs (social media, etc - which they do well!). Its been the perfect choice for our company and they remain a good partner as we move forward. They are ready to address our continuous needs and I strongly recommend them. I am relieved that I have a partner who can "bundle" our needs, rather than us having a half dozen forms/agencies to handle different aspects of our growth.

Last year we launched our main product and we needed a solid well optimized website. I personally interviewed 5 developers representing 4 different web platforms. I selected Pravaah Consulting after 4-5 discussions and reference checking. The website, Wix, seemed perfect for our company at this stage of our growth and can expand as we grow. But primarily it was the company, Pravaah Consulting, that made the decision for me.

The depth of their team made all our needs available, easy and professional. I did not have to hire other agencies to cover different marketing needs Always someone to turn to for the right solutions. The owner displayed his own knowledge and experience and was easy to deal with - as well as take my own "critiques" to heart.

The success of the "mission" was the main thing, no one insistent on taking ownership of the success, both focused on reaching our goals. I have been in situations where egos came too often into play. Here it was a terrific collaboration.

I will often want info NOW. When I do, Pravaah is accessible to provide info and get me what I need...though they would prefer fewer of my calls!!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Interaction - meetings, open, result oriented, frank discussions. Good communication. They listen. They question extensively our goals, perceptions about our market, who, why and more. They have their skills but they are not to tell us what to do and what is right and wrong. No lectures about "how it is done so shut up and listen to us". I love that. Just because I am a relative "novice" in many areas, doesn't mean there should be any condescension in our interactions.

They know what they are doing. I never have to think that they are learning while we pay the bill. Which as happened often in my experience. There are so many people and agencies that tout their skills, but the experience tells otherwise.

Is this a fault or not? Being a smaller/medium sized company they operate fast and results come in all the time. Information they want to share. While we have pre-arranged meetings to discuss results, etc, they will let me know immediately if they have key data to share.

Yes, I've received calls at 7 PM or 7 AM. That wouldn't happen in general with a larger firm. But, do I like it? You bet! I also am working at 7 in the AM or PM. Tell me what you got!
