The primary scope of work was to audit our new woocommerce-based ecommerce site for technical issues, followed by building our Google ad campaigns across our product categories, best sellers & brands. We were looking for a cohesive Google ads strategy wherein we targeted new customers based on their interests as well as re-engage existing offline customers via upsells & cross sells. PPCSprints already had a 90-day growth plan wherein they implemented Google Search, Shopping, Discovery & Video ads in a phased manner.
Also, they were very meticulous about conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager to help us get a more accurate picture of our advertising results. We began with a fairly conservative expectation of performance, however, we were blown away to see a ROAS of 400% - which basically means that we earned 4$ for every 1$ spent on advertising. We are now working with their data analysts to explore more areas of growth while keeping our costs manageable.

They are a 100% remote team and communicate mainly via email. We had a weekly work report via email and a bi-weekly zoom call to catch up on any significant wins or concerns. In terms of timeliness, i'd say that they responded quickly most of the times and gave prior notice in case of any change in schedule.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The depth of their expertise matters. Their founder runs his own ecommerce store & understands the challenges that we face. Basically, we did not have to waste too much time trying to teach them about our business & were able to get results fairly quickly. Also, their 90-day growth framework was impressive as it charted out a clear roadmap to ecommerce growth. Lastly, they are a fairly small-sized team and we were able to get personalized attention.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I wish they also offered other services like Facebook ads etc so we would have one single point of contact & accountability for all our marketing needs. However, their founder made it clear during our very first meeting that they chose to specialize in only Google Ads for eCommerce - and that deep focus makes them the best at what they do. All in all, we are happy with the leadership that they have shown on our account & look forward to continue working with them going forward.
