Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder of Solveary Inc, a pest control company.
What challenge were you trying to address with PostMonster?
We needed a company that could help us grow our online presence and online marketing initiatives.
What was the scope of their involvement?
When we reached out to PostMonster, they came up with a proposal that included how much the project would cost and suggestions that they came up with for things like our Google ad spend, which they’ve all implemented.
We’re a newer company, so PostMonster had to create all of our content from scratch. They had a professional photographer shoot with us, and they handed me over 200 professionally shot and edited photos to put up on our website. They’re also currently working on a short film that we can upload to our website to increase its value and traffic.
Aside from that, they’ve developed and are implementing a strategy to increase our organic Google leads. They’re also responsible for uploading our pictures to our Google profile and handling our SEO efforts. This involves reaching out to customers as we complete jobs and encouraging them to leave us a Google review.

We’ve spent around $10,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We used to get 1–2 leads per week before we started working with PostMonster, but now we get 5–10 quality leads per day. Moreover, we initially wanted to spend only $3,500 per month on this project, and PostMonster made a plan that would work for us with that budget. We’ve since been able to increase our budget because PostMonster is making us money. We’ve been able to sell every ad that’s come in; in fact, we’ve managed to close almost 100% of the deals that have come our way.
Overall, PostMonster provides incredible value for our money. Dan brings a lot of professionalism and experience to the table. He is able to share a lot of wisdom on how to spend money at the right time, which my team needed. This was a world I didn’t understand, and PostMonster has taken the time to educate me and my team.
How did PostMonster perform from a project management standpoint?
PostMonster has performed well in terms of project management. They’re very responsive, and they’re consistent in meeting deadlines. They definitely overdeliver most of the time.
We typically communicate through email and Google Meet. We also share files through Google Drive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
PostMonster is incredibly conscientious of our goals and mission. We’re most impressed with their overall knowledge and experience and how they’ve guided us throughout this project. They told us that they would do these things to get results, and that’s exactly what happened. I never feel like we’re misspending any money.

No, I don't have any complaints.

My advice is to trust the process and let them do their job.

Schoenherr roofing hired PostMonster to grow our roof replacement business. PostMonster was used to launch an advertising campaign and track all our analytics and data as well as improve the quality and frequency of our social postings. Because we were an early adopter, the PostMonster team did express that there would be growing pains setting up our account – with that being said, we did not experience any major setbacks or anything that interfered with the work that needed to be done. The hardest part was getting our Google ad account and our Facebook Business account verified, but the PostMonster team helped us with that so we could hit the ground running.
