Please describe your organization.

Adhere Creative is an inbound marketing agency. We work with mostly business-to-business clients in industrial manufacturing business services and technology.

What is your position?

I’m the marketing director, so I oversee all the marketing campaigns going through our agency for all of our clients.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What business challenge were you trying to address with Pop Video?

Most of our clients benefit greatly from different formats of video marketing, whether that be a company overview video, client testimonials, different product or service overviews, and aspects really showcasing the benefits that our clients provide to their customers. Video is a great means of sharing that messaging. Internally, we don’t have a video production team, so we looked to outsourced partners, from which we found Pop Video. They just absolutely blow it away for us every single time. They’re extremely easy and fun to work with, very professional in terms of the quality of their video and their management of the whole entire process from start to finish. We’ve pretty much exclusively used Pop Video at this point.

SOLUTION

Please describe the scope of their involvement in greater detail.

Their video production scope includes everything from helping with the planning and the storyboarding of the whole video, through the actual filming and production of it, and then the post-production editing and whatever the final outcome is of all that work. That is pretty much the entire scope of it. They’re not marketing the videos for us or anything like that.

How did you come to work with Pop Video?

We’ve worked with multiple other video production partners in the past before we found Pop Video. I think what made us settle on using Pop Video so much is just the complete quality of everything they do from start to finish. Our clients love working with those guys. They end up producing great work, and they’re great to work with.

Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?

Usually, projects are $10,000 to $50,000.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?

Sure. There’s one client’s project in particular. It was an overview of the value that our client provides their customers mixed in with a case study or client testimonial. The purpose of the video is to be used as a supportive piece in their sales process. When they’re already engaged with a prospect and the prospects are down to that decision-making stage, and are vetting one to three vendors to help them with their problem, that’s when that video is meant to be a great push. It’s kind of like where a lot of people are asking for client references. This video is a client reference, but you never have to talk to the client, more or less. You’re mixing in that customer testimonial aspect. The very first engagement that the client used that video for resulted in them winning over that client, and they signed. They do believe the video was a significant component to their overall sales strategy.

What distinguishes Pop Video from other providers?

Pop Video is definitely invested in our success as much as they are in their own success. When it comes to working with our clients, our clients aren’t necessarily theirs, and they definitely respect every aspect of what we’re trying to accomplish. They help support us in that manner based on their own expertise. They’re not trying to change things dramatically; they’re just trying to enhance what our vision and our client’s vision is instead of trying to change things entirely. They’re very supportive of the overall business and marketing goals.

Is there anything Pop Video could have improved or done differently?

Nothing really at this time. They’ve been able to handle everything that we’ve asked of them so far.
