I am head of sales at an enterprise SaaS provider for Salesforce installation.

We selected PointerArray as the critical development team to implement and support the solution defined in the RFP.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to complete a Salesforce app with a custom design and clean backend code.

How did you select this vendor?

We worked with multiple vendors before PointerArray that were unable to figure out or complete our technical challenge. PointerArray was able to provide a solution.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

PointerArray’s services encompassed a full-stack solution. They designed and developed the frontend, conducted server-side coding, testing and implementation, then submitted it to AppExchange.

What was the team composition?

We worked with frontend developers and server-side JAVA and APEX developers from PointerArray.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

PointerArray delivered tremendous results. The solution is great, and the UI is easy to use.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The team used Agile project management with weekly sprints and a defect board.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I most admired their speed and the quality of their work.
