What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I don’t get a lot of feedback on the site, but my thought process there is that if I don’t hear anything, then it means nothing is broken. What I have found is that when I meet with people who have looked at the website, they’re much more knowledgeable about what we do than those who haven't. Those meetings always end up being far more productive.
How did Point Real Estate Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
They have been very good at project management. Our communication is extremely straightforward. We focus on selecting dates for meetings and deadlines, and they always deliver on time.
What did you find most impressive about them?
His knowledge of builders and the building industry has been very beneficial for us. Like I said, our target market is builders, so being able to receive feedback from Jesse on what kind of product type they are looking for, or how many lots they buy every year was incredibly helpful. His intelligence really helped us to refine our strategy and tailor it to the right demographic.
Are there any areas they could improve?
For us, they are a one-stop-shop for all of our marketing, so the only thing they could improve is to offer more services that we could take advantage of. Other than that, I don’t think there’s anything I wish they did differently.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is just to be very clear with exactly what you are asking for. It’s like the difference between burger and steak: Jesse is very experienced and competent and can produce an extremely slick result for you. If you don’t need that level of slickness, however, you can reduce your budget just by being upfront about what you do and don’t need. He will work with you to develop exactly what you ask for.
