PNW Warehousing provides apparel omnichannel order fulfillment for us. They handle order fulfillment for distribution centers such as Nordstrom, Macy's, Bloomingdale's, as well as smaller retail stores. In addition, they process B2C orders from our website.
Our experience with them has been excellent. The integration with their WMS was fast and seamless, their order accuracy exceeds industry standards, and their customer service is outstanding. They are true professionals who clearly know what they’re doing

First, the order accuracy has been excellent and way above the industry average, which helped us avoid mistakes and returns. Second, they’ve consistently provided on-time order fulfillment, making sure all orders, whether for retail stores or direct to consumer, were shipped and delivered as promised

Their project management has been excellent. They delivered everything on time and kept the process very organized. From the beginning, communication was clear, and they were always quick to respond whenever we had any questions or needed adjustments.
They understood our needs well and were very flexible, making sure everything was handled smoothly, even when there were changes or tight deadlines. Overall, they’ve been a reliable partner, and it’s been easy to work with them
