For what projects/services did your company hire PNC Logos, and what were your goals?

We created different logos, a custom masterclass that auto populates for people to discover, develop and deploy their hidden genius to impact the world.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected them because the general manager was able to see the vision that we had and anticipated our needs and provided timely work and his team has attention to detail.

First, we had to conceptualize the scope of the work. The project ended up being more inclusive as my ideas expanded. I loved the fact that I was not limited to creating a regular masterclass with only the known bells and whistles. We were able to think out of the box and design a course that would be interactive and engaging.

The general manager Haseeb took the lead. Hope was the project lead. However, I could correspond directly with the team through email to accomplish certain tasks. After Hope left and the Masterclass was completed, I worked with Reeba to facilitate all of the moving parts and how we would best design a social media plan to serve our masterclass to the public.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

No matter who reviews our Masterclass the overall reaction is they have never seen any course as comprehensive as this one. Because this course is all about our client's uniqueness. It's not just a strength finder it is about their genius, purpose, and the solutions within them. The deliverables are already having a tremendous impact on our beta group. It is improving productivity and clarity by over 70%,

Now that they have moved to the PNC Workbench and everyone can see the comments on what needs to be done you don't have to wait until a particular person is in the office because the entire team can see what tasks need to be addressed.

Their attention to detail and willingness to please me as the client seemed to always be their primary objective.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Communication is key. I would love to see even higher communications. Now that weekly meetings have been established at a certain time and day I believe our communications will improve to a higher level.

I am in need of logo design and they have shared the great references of their previous work and that was a deciding factor for me to start work with PNC Logos.

They have shared the brief form with me and according to my requirement I have shared all the information in the brief form and after that they came up with the 3 logo options and I like the options and the creativity and I have selected the option which I liked most and I have approved the logo in one go!

They were really creative and covered every deliverable element of the logo has been fulfilled beyond expectations.

Saad was providing the updates and they have done meetings on phone calls when they required and after that every thing was delivered very professionally :)

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The project was completed in a day, which was incredibly fast. Communication was via the Whats-app/Call which enables real-time communication. The project was organized, managed, and executed very well.
