Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of a small auto paint repair company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Plaxonic Technologies?
We needed help with web development. I had a site in place but it was wasn’t great.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They designed a killer new website for me, with four pages. I let them handle all of the creative elements. We both contributed to content, and I gave them some before and after pictures.
What is the team composition?
I had one main point of contact, and I’m sure there was a whole marketing team working in the background.
How did you come to work with Plaxonic Technologies?
They were referred to me by a friend who has several small businesses, and they handle his site.
How much have you invested with them?
I spent $2,600 initially, and it's $100 per month to maintain the site.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in July 2020 and wrapped up in August 2020.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Some of my existing customers have dropped me a line and told me the new site is impressive. With my first site, it took me a few months to get a call. My new site was only up one week before I started getting leads.
How did Plaxonic Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re great at communication, and we kept in touch three times daily throughout the project. We mostly communicated over the phone.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were very patient with walking me throughout the process since I’m tech-illiterate. I was really surprised by how much time they were willing to spend on the phone to help me.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Any problems we had were on my part since I’m not good with technology.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re probably as competitive as anyone out there. I’m sure they’re a great option, especially since the friend who referred me is digitally savvy and has been for a while.
