We're a travel app, and I'm the president of the company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Plathanus?

We were looking for a vendor to develop our app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave Plathanus the wireframes and they developed both the front- and backend of our application. It's an app for iOS and Android that allows users to search for and select flights. It also automatically notifies users if the flight has been canceled or delayed. Plathanus integrated the app with Stripe and other third-party APIs. It's quite a complex app, but Plathanus did a great job making it user-friendly for our customers. Our in-house team is also very involved, so it's been a collaborative process.

We work with three developers and a project manager.

I read their reviews on Clutch and I decided to contact them.

We've spent about $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement? 

We started working with Plathanus in September 2018 and the relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The application is not live yet, but they definitely know what they're doing. The quality of their work is excellent. 

How did Plathanus perform from a project management standpoint? 

They're great communicators and they always let us know if there is a delay. We use Jira to keep track of the project. If there are any bugs or issues, Plathanus addresses them pretty quickly. We also use WhatsApp to keep in touch.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're very approachable and work well as a team. They're also very knowledgeable and try to identify issues as soon as possible. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We've had a lot of bugs and improvements, so we're a little bit behind the schedule.

They're definitely a reliable and trustworthy partner.

We are building a service center for educational platforms to help students find answers to frequently asked questions related to the platforms themselves or other school subjects. We want to reduce the need for daily in-person resources.

We hired them to help develop and manage each of our call centers using updated and innovative technologies.  

What were your goals for this project?

Our primary goal was to capture all potential questions that students may have. The challenge was to map and transfer the platform’s entire functionality to ensure correct AI analysis and prediction.

Several partner companies recommended them. We liked the results of the initial prototype they developed and decided to pursue what is now a continuing partnership.

They were responsible for everything from project management and market analysis and requirements to development, configuration, deployment, and production maintenance.

The team included managers, front- and backend developers, QA specialists, DevOps personnel, and experts in both AI and internet of things.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

They developed our product from scratch. We now have regular meetings to prioritize our backlog and work out bi-weekly deliverables.

The management was excellent. They clearly articulated the project’s progress using readable reports and graphs.  

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The transparency we have with their IT department is exceptional. Not only do we know exactly what they are doing, but we also know how and when they do it. We are familiar with everyone involved and vice versa. They continue to be responsible for all of our technological development. 

Are there any areas where they can improve?

They can offer a clearer contract; they tend to present more requirements than we expected.

It's hard to say... every meeting to deliver a stage of the project was a pleasant surprise. It always exceeded expectations.

The company's commitment to the project is unprecedented. I've had over 20 years of experience in the field, and Plathanus surprised me. They treat the project as if it were their sole responsibility. Even though I knew the company handles multiple projects simultaneously, I felt like I was the only one. They always responded promptly via WhatsApp, and when I needed to schedule in-person meetings, they always rescheduled them for close dates.

It's hard to say. As I said before, I have experience in the field and have had many headaches before. I haven't had any problems with Plathanus; they're a perfect company.

We have a marketplace that has about 500 customers, we also have a web application and 2 apps created using Quasar Framework in PWA model. After our fast success, some of other companies in the same field created native apps using our name on search. So we looking for a partner and found Plathanus. 
We discuss the entire scope and start the project validating the entire view (no logic integrated). The next step with wireframes validated we create a gantt togheter, and we schedule some checkpoints validating each deliverable. I was a great experience and it was our first off outsorced project.

Project to map and develop a web application that monitors connections with clients, creates an interface where we can modify queries, and tests on the WebJasper side. In addition to monitoring, this tool must analyze whether data extraction has occurred by schedule and import if a problem occurs. The deliveries exceeded our expectations, including KPIs for monitoring and proactive action on any problem that may have occurred.

Testing and validation with more than 50 clients with different banks and connection methods. Monitoring and adjustments after project delivery.

The project took longer than expected, but due to a failure in criticality analysis on our part. We were unable to test whenever we needed to, and there was no environment with all possible scenarios to test in production. However, Plathanus supported us until we stabilized the entire tool, doing so for almost 4 months, which guaranteed the project's success.

Provision of software consultancy services including the development of an administrative panel and an APP for IOS and Android. Review and new layout proposal with UI/UX design of the application: reduction of entry screens after login, review of registration and forgotten password experience, review of buttons. 
The PopUp CAASC application was created for lawyers to have a simplified list of nearby agreements, as well as an interactive map to see them in a different way to calculate the best route in integration with Google Maps. 
A Business Card for lawyers, contact via QRCode and a personalized page were also made available, as well as a business desk to share your services with other lawyers! There is also the Economizometro panel in which the law firm monitors the return on its annual fee in real time through the consumption of services and discounts.
