Please describe your company and your position there.

CEO of the community which unites more than 200 tech companies and 30.000 people. For 8 years in a row I'm visionary and organizer of the biggest tech event in Ukraine and Eastern Europe, which has been named the best tech event in the country.

For what projects/services did your company hire Plann Ads, and what were your goals?

We hired Plann Ads as a digital marketing service provider to promote our conference and increase our online sales by 80%.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We tried many different vendors until our partner recommended Plann Ads. An important factor for us was the format of reporting and transparency of cooperation. Plann Ads team provided us with a custom dashboard, where we could track all our advertising campaigns, communication, and work statuses in real-time.

Since we have been working with Plann Ads for 4 years, it is difficult for me to remember the whole list of services that Plann Ads provided to us. However, I can highlight the main ones we worked with:

We work a lot with Viktor, Plann Ads CEO during the stage of the development of digital marketing strategy. Also, my team works with several Plann Ads team members: account manager, designer, creative manager, two PPC managers, analyst during the implementation stage.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In total, we doubled our online sales in the first year of cooperation and increased our sales by an average of 20% - 40% annually.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Plann Ads uses the agile methodology to manage our project, and we are closely involved in all processes. Of course, during the 4 years of cooperation there were shifted deadlines and some hotfixes, however, thanks to very good communication, trust, and transparency of our relationships, everything was done smoothly and professionally.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are fully data-oriented folks. It was unusual for us to debate with Plann Ads, as on each of our arguments, they found metrics and data, that confirm or disprove our suggestions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They didn't have enough resources to cover all our internet marketing needs, so we had to hire other PR and SEO contractors.
