What did you find most impressive about them?

• Expertise

Sounds obvious, but in moving from a web based service to app based, expertise was of paramount importance. We felt Pixium had the experience to help us with this migration. We had zero experience!

• Flexibility

Key area and where I have been most impressed with Pixium is that even though we have a contract with fixed deliverables in place, it has not been rigidly adhered to. It was imperative that this was the case as changes in scope were inevitable.

• Ongoing Support / Advice

Once we go live we will require 'hand holding' as there will be a significant shift in our back end operations that we need to get a handle on quickly. We felt for ongoing support/maintenance Pixium was the right partner for this service.
 
Are there any areas they could improve?

So far everything has gone well. No specific improvement area to highlight. Post ‘live’ launch will be critical though.

Pixium is well known and recognized for high quality work. They are a trusted partner to work with and early on were able to provide value input and insight on how to best develop our solution in a cost-effective manner

We hired Pixium Digital to develop our digital game based learning platform (web app and game).

We worked closely with Remi (CEO), Ludo (COO) and Mederic (Developer). It was great to have the whole team involved!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Not only did they deliver a highly functional and user-friendly web application and game-based learning program, but what really stood apart is the working relationship with the Pixium's team to deliver such results. They provided various input and recommendations along the way and truly value-added, hence delivering better than expected outcome. Put it simply, they will care about your product as much as you do.

We used agile ways of working with Pixium with the support of trello. We had a project kick-off and weekly calls with the teams. That enable everyone to be aligned at any point of time of the project as well as accomodate changes along the way with quick turnaround time

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The three things that stood up with pixium + High Quality development + Trusted partner (understanding brief and value added input) + Extremely reactive and quick turnaround time

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish Pixium was able to offer some graphic design services to complement what they are currently doing.
