I’m the communications officer at Rural Development Trust, a nonprofit organization. We implement integrated development programs.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pixelmattic?

Our website wasn’t efficient or informative and didn’t help our cause. We wanted a simple website that helps us talk about our work in an effective way. In addition, we wanted it so that they didn’t have to see our work to know its impact.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our WordPress website from scratch. Their team did the wireframes, the whole design, look, and feel. We used Excel to show basic wireframes. They uploaded it on an application that lets you see the look and feel of the website. Zeplin was used for the design.

What is the team composition?

We communicated with the head of marketing and the cofounder. Once the design started, we coordinated with the designer and the developers as well.

How did you come to work with Pixelmattic?

We looked at other agencies who use WordPress and among them, Pixelmattic was better.

We spent less than $10,000.

We started working together in November 2018 to June 2019.

Everybody likes the website and its design. They’re helpful with any changes needed on the website and quick to help. The website loads easily. It's quick and is easy to navigate.

How did Pixelmattic perform from a project management standpoint?

I found them to be very effective, efficient, and responsive. They’re very receptive and they also give their expertise and help you through the process. Also, they’re very quick to give feedback. They respond immediately. We use email and a ticketing system.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a wide knowledge of many subjects.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The process has been smooth and simple. They were receptive and available. It was a nice engagement.
