I’m the manager of an Indian-based coupon website. I’m responsible for finding partner companies.

I had an idea for a coupon website and hired Pixalytic Solutions to help me launch it.

What was the scope of their involvement?
After designing my website, Pixalytic Solutions began helping me with digital marketing. They manage my SEO strategy and Google Ads account. They explained how we could use PPC campaigns to grow business.
Then they started managing our social media marketing in early-2020. Since then, they’ve promoted my products on Instagram and Facebook.
They understood my concept and gave me new ideas to help me grow my business. For example, they suggested that I become an Amazon affiliate, and they’re managing my presence on the site.
What is the team composition?
I’m working with their project manager and 2–3 dedicated members.
How did you come to work with Pixalytic Solutions?
I met them at a conference when their company was just starting out. I was looking for a digital marketing agency at the time, and I had a discussion with them about launching my website.
How much have you invested with them?
They charge me $30–$35 per hour, not including ad spend. The cost depends on the amount of work. We did less work in 2020, because of COVID-19. Overall, I’ve spent less than $50,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
I started working with Pixalytic Solutions around January 2014 and the project is ongoing. I plan to work with them again on my next website.

We use analytics tools to track how the project is going. Their project manager emails me reports that cover what tasks they’re working on and how the website is performing on a daily basis. They have a dedicated team that can quickly fix any issues that pop up.

They came up with some great ideas to promote my business during the COVID-19 pandemic, and they handled the situation very well. I would recommend Pixalytic Solutions to anyone looking for digital marketing services.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think so.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
I would definitely recommend them to other companies that rely on specific analytics. Although I don’t need custom reports for my business, I’ve been impressed with the information they’re able to compile.
