Central Station Marketing Technology is an online marketing and software development company in Dallas, TX. We have over 200 clients throughout the country. As the owner of the company, I'm always looking for reliable trusted resources where we can partner up to take less overhead. My position is to grow our company... very simple.

For what projects/services did your company hire PIISTECH?
We get lots of requests to develop custom software and I don't want to take on the software development overhead so I look for resources to outsource to. I have hired PIISTECH for several custom development projects in the last 2 years. One project being our largest is called RMR Cloud. It's an ERP solution for security contractors.
What were your goals for this project?
Goal is to create a market-ready fully dynamic ERP Solutions for security and fire alarm contractors. We currently have several security clients that hired us for our marketing services and now we are creating a product to help them with their business management software.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
I have talked to several businesses to take on this project. Ended up picking PIISTECH because of the owner's tenacity and hunger for success. He was in a position to grow a team and the team was small enough where we would get a lot of personal attention. Of course, cost wise, they were definitely cheaper than large companies with huge overheads.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
It's an ERP solution so it's not a quick and dirty project. The initial software is built and now they maintain the software for us. We have hired about 10 dedicated guys for our project that they now manage.
What was the team composition?
I love the team they have working for us. We have a few app developers, UI/UX guy, and of course a whole bunch of software developers.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
We now have 4 clients using our product and the feedback so far has been excellent. Of course, with any new development, we need to work on lots of bugs and new feature requests but the team has been very accommodating and very easy to work with.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Project management process has been a learning process for us here in the states. They use agile methodology and we are learning how to work together and so far it has been working on our favor.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The ease of wanting to do whatever is necessary. We have moving targets and moving project requirements and they have been very open to meeting all the curve balls we throw at them.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Of course, there are always room for improvements. Communication used to be a big challenge and now it's starting to get much better than when we started. We can get even better. Quality check is another thing that they are working on to get better at.

The owner of the Piistech is my junior friend and I know him personally what he does. I know they can do this job very professionally and they did for me, but still there some development and will complete in next phases.
