I am the office manager for an OB/GY group with 4 physicians and 6 midwives. We have 4 office locations

For what projects/services did your company hire Phase 5 Analytics?

We wanted to update our online presence and were looking for an agency that would provide personalized service and be easy to work with.

What were your goals for this project?

We knew we needed to do some SEO work and improve our online reviews to attract new patients. We were also interested in learning more about pay-per-click advertising.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

They were a local team that had experience with online marketing and SEO. They approached us and presented a reasonable proposal. After looking around a bit we agreed to their proposal.

Describe the project in detail.

We needed to rejuvenate our online presence. Our website was far from optimized and our homepage did not have a description on google. We were also looking to increase the number of patients that find us online and for help with managing our reviews and content across multiple sites.

What was the team composition?

Andrew is usually our point of contact with Phase 5. He makes himself available on evenings as well as weekends. This has been very convenient for us as we are very busy during the workday. I am the typical liaison between them and our practice, but before I began working here they were in contact with the previous office manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been using Phase 5 Analytics for almost 2 years. Our new patient registrations have skyrocketed and have hired an additional physician and midwife. We started with a few mixed online reviews for each of our offices and now have >40 mostly 5 star google reviews for each office. In addition, our website is ranking in the top 3 for all of our target keywords.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Andrew and his team are extremely easy to work with. Their presentations are concise and helpful. Onboarding only took a couple of weeks with minimal work on our end. They work independently and don’t require constant management.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The results are great, but they really stand out because of their focus on the healthcare niche. They only propose HIPAA compliant solutions for us and it shows that they understand our industry. They take the time to focus on what matters for their clients.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything seems to be working on our end. They are on the younger side (recent college grads) but they really know what they're talking about so their age hasn't impacted us negatively at all.
