I am the marketing and business development director of Cloud Termite and Pest Control.

We needed web development and design services because our website had performance and security issues.

We wanted to scale the site with our business and eventually include an e-commerce component.

Persimmon Creative has redeveloped and redesigned our site on a new platform. The team has reviewed and resolved issues related to security and overall performance.

We work with Pepe (Owner, Persimmon Creative) and two developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our website is performing so much better; I sleep better knowing all security concerns have been addressed in anticipation of our e-commerce feature. We couldn’t afford to lose clients due to performance issues. Pepe is an artist—everything he does is beautiful but still practical.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Pepe managed the developers and served as our main point of contact via email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Persimmon Creative is solutions-oriented. They did exactly what we needed and delivered on their promises quickly. Overall, the team under-promised and over-delivered.
