The job is to increase leads on our currently running google ads campaigns and to help us discover new areas (keywords/conditions) where we can expand to offer our services. He also helped us develop a new landing page to better improve the optics of some of our current campaigns.

In terms of google ads metrics for the past 3 months:

• on our successful campaign we have been able to increase the # of leads by 100% (from around 10 leads to 20 leads/month) for our in-person treatment offering.
• Cost per lead decreased from $90 to $55/conversion.
• Conversion % also increased from 2-4% to 5% for the first time.

Luka explores new avenues and areas in which we can expand our reach for our services. He is not rash or reckless in his suggestions of how we utilize our budget and gives advice based off what's working versus speculation. I appreciate that he takes a conservative approach with us because we are a small business and don't have a huge budget to invest. Because of this I find him very adaptable and he is willing to work with where we are at.

Not at the moment. When things are not going as we expect, we discuss it and see how we can improve or change our approach. I find this constructive and helpful in terms of our progress.
