To excite our partners and shareholders, we needed a VFX-heavy, yet emotionally powerful, video that showcased one of our most important projects. The challenge was to take engineering CAD files, turn them into realistic renders, and add music and copy with the end result of"wow-ing" our intended audience. The timeline was tight, but the expectations were high.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since this was a single video, the outcome was simple; deliver an exceptional piece of content from scratch.

Perfect Form accepted the challenge of our scope with confidence and excitement. They were patient as we gathered (and revised) the necessary assets needed to get them started. What was really helpful in our working relationship, was the regular check-ins and step by step process that Perfect Form gave us to continually make sure that their work was heading in the intended direction. 

Communication was fast and consistent. Milestones were always on or ahead of schedule. The few changes we asked for were accepted graciously and perfected within one revision session. 

The final product exceeded expectations and impressed us internally, and our partners. 

It is a rarity and a blessing to find a team that understands your vision, can bring it life, and make it even better than you hoped for.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Perfect Form's ability to produce beautiful, realistically rendered moving imagery from rough CAD files was incredible. But beyond that, they were able to make the piece cinematic and emotional. 

Also, their responsiveness to changes was fantastic, even if we didn't exactly know how to communicate the end result we were looking for. They certainly are mind-readers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Perfect Form could have done differently?

No. 5 Stars.
