We were approached by SPANG&LEI to come up with a Branding and Hand-Book for Sensing Punggol, an initiative by National Arts Council Singapore. The Hand Book is to be used by participants to understand more about the initiative and record their daily readings which will then be used for the final execution of the art installations.

I am the Founder of C.U.B Kingdom, an NFT project that focuses on investments and networking.
For what projects/services did your company hire Pentahex Co, and what were your goals?
To kick off our NFT project, we engaged Pentahex Co for a full branding, web design and development, Web 3.0 development and blockchain contract development.
How did you select this vendor?
We found several agencies online and through referral, after many rounds of meet ups and pitches from the agencies we find Pentahex Co to be the most suitable, they have a fresh perspective to how our brand should be and the people are just great to talk to!
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
To start off, they set up a meeting to onboard us. We discussed about the projects direction and what we have in mind for the project, Pentahex came up with many great suggestions on the projects direction as well. They then moved on to do their research and showed us drafts of the initial concept which are all really amazing! Because we engaged them for the Full branding of our project, it was much easier to communicate as they are designing with our website in mind as well.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked with the creative strategist, creative designer, copywriter as well as their developer!
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Because of the urgency of the project, we had to move really fast. They delivered work of the highest quality despite the really tight timeline and managed to deliver sooner than expected. The work surpassed our teams expectations!

Again, due to the urgency of the project Pentahex managed to squeeze in time daily to do meetings as much as possible and updated us through text whenever we couldn't make it to a call!
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are extremely talented not only in design but strategy as well. And being able to keep to such a tight timeline and deliver work of such quality is really impressive. The team at Pentahex is also extremely dedicated and committed to help the project succeed, many times helping us in areas that are out of their scope.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We love what they did, and could not ask for more.

As we were just starting out, we had to create a strong and impressionable branding for our place.
How did you select this vendor?
We heard of Pentahex through some friends, and decided to give it a shot, after contacting them and having a look at their very impressive portfolio.

They created a full branding package for us. The logo, slogan, colour coordination, website, social media, letterhead, posters, brochures, business cards, packaging and a complete brand strategy.

I worked with Zach and Ting they are a wonderful pair of designers and strategists
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We were thoroughly impressed with our branding, friends and customers were constantly complimenting our branding and style, we absolutely love it.

We communicated both through email and telegram, we weren’t able to do meet ups too often because of covid.

Their professionalism and insight blew me away. They were very in-depth and particular in upholding their standards for design.

Nada it was a very smooth and enjoyable journey. I will absolutely recommend them whenever anybody asks for contacts for a design agency.
