Infobelt, Inc was created in 2015 to fill a gap for a comprehensive Books and Records compliance solution. Infobelt’s RegTech solution includes a compliance workflow platform (Infobelt REGENT), regulations library (Infobelt REGLIB), and archiving platform (Infobelt ORION). Infobelt’s platforms ensure that clients are in full compliance.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pebels UX/UI Design Studio?

We hired Pebels team to re-design and re-develop Infobelt's website. The website was outdated, difficult to use, and did not mirror the innovative solutions Infobelt was creating. Users had a difficult time contacting our team, navigating the site, and understanding the products or benefits of using Infobelt.

What were your goals for this project?

Infobelt's goal was to create a clean, modern, and easy to use website. We were looking to create a website that was easy to scroll through or contact us for information.

How did you select this vendor?

The marketing team researched UI/UX design firms to help redesign Infobelt's site. Our team chatted with 10-15 firms, and narrowed those down to 5. Pebels portfolio was the most outstanding and thorough, and they overall were more professional and organized than the other firms.

Describe the project in detail.

Pebels was extremely thorough and detailed in its plans to redesign and redevelop Infobelt's website. The provided our team with a day by day calendar with completion dates and phases. The design process was a collaboration between Infobelt and Pebels team. Infobelt provided the content for the site. This design process took roughly a month, and then Pebels team began the development process.

What was the team composition?

Infobelt's marketing analyst was responsible for the day to day contact with Pebels team. Infobelt's Head of Operations and technical analysts were brought in at the end of the project to ensure a smooth transition.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Infobelt is very happy with the results of the redesign. The new site is clean, simple, and communicates clearly what Infobelt does. Users are able to Request a Demo or Contact us using a form on the website. Many clients have commented on the incredible improvement of the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was clear and consistent. Pebels utilized a slack channel to keep our team updated.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Pebels constantly kept Infobelt aware and up to date with the progress of the project. Their design teams were creative and understanding of our requests, and would give their knowledge and input based on their experience. Infobelt was very impressed with Pebels' team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

This was the first time Infobelt has redesigned a website, and we learned a lot during the process. In the future for firms that are new to redesign, we would suggest a walk-through and list of items needed from the firm.

We needed UI/UX for our product. The design was a key component of our product experience and we did not have that expertise in-house.

We wanted an easy, friendly website experience for our customers.

We chose them based on an RFP. They were originally recommended by a friend.

They worked to understand the web flow of our UX, turned it into wireframes, and then into designs. The final designs were shared with us in Zeplin. They showed our development team how the designs could be used.

We have a tested, usable product that we are about to launch in the market.

We wanted them to redesign the app to appeal to our target audience.

The designed needed to be clear and draw focus to our service offerings.

We heard positive things about Pebels UX/UI Design Studio and decided to meet them. We hired them because they offered quality work at a fair price point.

Describe the project in detail.

We had a series of meetings to discuss our goals. Next, the team delivered mock-ups for the main page within a specified timeline. We then finalized the design and proceeded to the app’s other screens, for which Pebels UX/UI Design Studio created wireframes.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The design’s visuals met our expectations. The app received positive feedback for its new design, which included easier swiping and choosing functions. The solution launched in India in 2018 and will go live this summer.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team was pretty supportive and always looking at new technology to stay modern. Overall project management was very thoughtful, very process-oriented. The workflows were effective and they always answered our questions quickly. Furthermore, the team was available for constant communication. We had weekly calls post-launch.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their precision and communication skills stood out. Always focusing on the big picture, the team was both detail-oriented and motivated.
