I’m the director of Infinite Innovations. We’re an IT consultancy and solutions provider.

What challenge were you trying to address with Paxten Technologies?

We required some developers for a project, and we outsourced it to them.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Paxten has developed websites and applications for us. Our last project together was for developing a project management application. That system was built on Java.

What is the team composition?

There were three people from their team involved, excluding the project manager.

How did you come to work with Paxten Technologies?

It was through a reference from a friend.

How much have you invested with them?

We work with them on an hourly basis. On the last project, we have a $3,000 budget.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our latest project with Paxten started in February 2020 and is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re a small company and very responsible. We’re happy with the amount of effort they’ve given us. Their response time is also great.

How did Paxten Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We define scopes and timelines internally, and we track them based on those documents. Paxten is good in terms of project management. We communicate via email, Skype calls, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their pricing is good, they’re responsible, and they fix any problems quickly. They have a good knowledge base and they have problem-solving experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing as of now. So far, so good.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

A detailed scope discussion is very important for avoiding misunderstandings. That needs to be defined before approaching them.
