We hired then as an extended product development team and their core job is to be part of our Scrum team and participate in development and support activities.

We identified then through online search and engaged in a trial project and upon successful completion we added them to our team as an extended core product development members from their team.

We use them for both front end and back end development using React Framework and NodeJS technologies. They participate in a Biweekly sprint and work in Agile mode.

There were 4 people and Senior and Junior developers.
