I'm the sales and marketing manager for a small NetSuite IT consulting firm.

Building SEO for three of our websites. We refer him to our ecommerce clients when they need SEO help too.

What were your goals for this project?

Increasing sales conversions, new leads, get 3 pages to the top 3 of Google.

How did you select this vendor?

We had worked with Nate on another project before when we had a mutual client. We liked him so much that we decided to hire him for some work we needed done.

Describe the project in detail.

We needed a solid SEO plan to build our online presence and asked Nate for an SOW. He provided a very reasonably priced SOW that covered a lot of ground. Then he began work implementing the solutions followed by providing a detailed document with additional work he identified that our team could implement if desired. He consistently follows up to ensure the site is optimized.

What was the team composition?

A total of 4 people were consistently involved while Nate built out the SEO solution.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Nate is an amazing SEO consultant and has helped our NetSuite consulting firm grow web leads through his help. After a single SOW with him, we saw growth that pulled quality leads with an increase of 35%. He is professional, very responsive, and provides detailed documentation to help determine next steps. The documentation is detailed showing exactly which pieces are going to be accomplished. He will go get the work done and work with my team to empower us to tackle some of the strategic tasks he identified.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective and Nate was always available to explain something even if it was not in scope.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

There were a lot of deliverables completed in a short time and cost.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No areas for improvement. I'm sure the services will expand past SEO soon based on the skill levels already possessed.
