3. Driving the development and execution of customer lifecycle marketing focusing on acquisition and activation and retention and lifetime value and usage. Includes web based and mobile based offerings.

Currently writing a book, "The Partner Economy: Leveraging processes, integrations and ecosystems (PIE) to build a profitable business." (Working title)
