I’m the owner of X Fitness gym.

What challenge were you trying to address with Parker Whitwood?
We engaged with Parker Whitwood for their accounting services.

What was the scope of their involvement?
At the moment, they help us with tax returns, payroll, and file accounts into Companies House.
What is the team composition?
I work with Alex (Business Development Director) and Vishal (Senior Client Manager).
How did you come to work with Parker Whitwood?
I saw them while searching on Google, and I chose them because they have loads of good reviews — they were also reasonably priced. I spoke with Alex and the team and they were just very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable.
How much have you invested with them?
We spend about £90 GBP (approximately $125 USD) a month.
What is the status of this engagement?
The ongoing partnership started in January 2018.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
What makes me want to continue with them is the success and how everything is always filed on time. I don’t have to chase them if I ever have any questions, and they always answer quickly.
How did Parker Whitwood perform from a project management standpoint?
They perform excellently. As I’ve said, I don’t have to chase them for anything and they’re always at the end of the phone.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’d say we’re very impressed with their friendly service.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t say that there’s anything they need to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
The more open and honest you can be with them, the better. I would also advise that you have a face-to-face meeting with them because they’re really friendly and helpful.
